ሲሰራ ሊወስደው የሚችለውን ጥንቃቄና ጭንቀት ለነጋዴዉ በሚሠራበት ጊዜ ማድረግ አለበት። ከዚህ በተጨማሪ በፍትሐብሔር ህጉ አንቀጽ 2209(1) እና 2211(1) እንደ ቅደም ተከተላቸዉ የንግድ ተላላኪዉ ወይም እንድራሴዉ ለሚሰራዉ ስራ ታማኝነት/ታማኝ የመሆን ግዴታ/ ታታሪነት /ትጉህ የመሆን ግዴታ ይኖርበታል፡፡

የፌስቡክ አካውንትዎን ደህንነት ለመጠበቅ ሊወሰዱ የሚገቡ የጥንቃቄ እርምጃዎች

1. የይለፍ-ቃልዎን ደህንነት ማረጋገጥ

#_የፌስቡክ አካውንቶን ለሌላ ማንኛውም የኦንላይን አገልግሎት ላይ አይጠቀሙ፤

#_ የይለፍ-ቃልዎን በፍፁም ለሌላ ሰው አያጋሩ፤

#_የሚጠቀሙበት የይለፍ-ቃል ለመገመት አዳጋች የሆነ፣ በፍጹም የእርሶን ስም እና የተለመዱ ቃላትን ያልያዘ ሊሆን ይገባል፤

#_የይለፍ-ቃልዎ ፣ኢ-ሜይልዎን፣ የስልክ ቁጥሮን ወይም የልደት ቀንዎን በፍፁም የሚጠቀም መሆን የለበትም፤

2. የሚያስሱትን ድረ-ገጽ መረጃ በፍጹም አያጋሩ

#_አጥቂዎች ፌስቡክ የሚመስል የሐሰት ገጽ ፈጥረው በኢ-ሜይል አድራሻዎና በይለፍ ቃልዎ እንዲገቡ ሊጠይቁዎ ይችላሉ፤

#_ሁልጊዜም መረጃ የሚያስሱበትን ድረ-ገጽ URL ትክክለኝነት ያረጋግጡ፤
አጠራጣሪ ነገር ሲያጋጥሞ www.facebook.com በማፈላለጊያው ላይ በመጻፍ ወደ ትክክለኛው የፌስቡክ ገጽ ለመመለስ ይሞክሩ፤

#_ ከሜታ /Meta/ ወይም ፌስቡክ የሚላክሎትን ኢ-ሜይል በፍጹም ለሌላ ሰው አያጋሩ፣ በተለይም ስለ አካውንቶ ምስጢራዊ መረጃዎችን የያዙ ከሆነ፤

#_ስለፊሺንግ ጥቃት እና ጠንካራ የይለፍ-ቃል አጠባበቅ ላይ ያለዎትን እውቀትና ግንዛቤ በየጊዜው ያሳድጉ፤

3. ኮምፒውተርዎን ለሌላ ሰው የሚያጋሩ ከሆነ የፌስቡክ አካውንቶን ዘግተው መውጣትዎን /Log Out/ ማድረግዎን አይዘንጉ፤

#_ኮምፒውተርዎን ዘግተው ሳይወጡ ወይም መሣሪያዎን ያዋሱ ከሆነም ከርቀት እንዴት መውጣት /Log Out Remotely/ እንደሚችሉ ይወቁ፤

#_ከርቀት ሆነው ለሌላ አካል ካዋሱት ኮምፒውተር ላይ ለመውጣት(log out) ለማድረግ ወደ ፌስቡክ "Security and Login Setting" ሲገቡ ከዚህ በፊት ይገቡባቸው የነበሩ መሣሪያዎችን ዝርዝር የሚያቀርብልዎ ሲሆን ከዚህ ውስጥ የሚፈልጉት መሣሪያ ላይ "Logout" የሚለውን ትዕዛዝ በመጫን መውጣት ይችላሉ፤

4. ከማያውቋቸው ሰዎች የጓደኝነት ጥያቄ ሲላክልዎ አይቀበሉ

#_ጠላፊዎች ሰዎችን ለማጥመድ ሲፈልጉ ሀሰተኛ አካውንት ሊፈጥሩ ይችላሉ፤

#_የጠላፊዎች ጓደኛ መሆን ምን አልባት የእርሶን የፌስቡክ የፊት ገጽን /Timeline/ ሊበክሉ፣ የተለያዩ ጉዳዮችን በገጾ ላይ ሊያጋሩ ወይም በካይ መልዕክቶችን በመልዕክት መቀበያዎ ሊልኩብዎ ይችላሉ፤

5. ከበካይ ሶፍትዌሮች እራሶን ይጠብቁ

#_አጥፊ ሶፍትዌሮች ኮምፒውተሮች፣ ሰርቨሮች /Server/ ወይም የኮምፒውተር ኔትወርክ ላይ ጉዳት ሊጥሉ ይችላሉ፤

#_የተበከለ ኮምፒውተር ወይም መሣሪያ ምን ዓይነት ባህሪያት እንደሚያሳዩ እና እነዚህን በካይ ሶፍትዌሮችን እንዴት ማስወገድ እንደሚችሉ በሚመለከት ያለዎትን እውቀት ያዳብሩ፤

#_ማፈላለጊያዎትን በየጊዜው ያዘምኑ፣ አጠራጣሪ መተግበሪያዎችን እና የማፈላለጊያ ማስታወቂያዎችን ያስወግዱ፤

6. አጠራጣሪ ማስፈንጠሪያዎችን /Links/ ከሚያውቁት ጓደኛ ወይም ድርጅት እንኳ ቢላክልዎ ከመክፈት ይቆጠቡ

#_እነዚህ በፌስቡክ ወይም በኢ-ሜይል የሚላኩ ማስፈንጠሪያዎች /Links/ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ፤

#_ፌስቡክ ወይም Meta የይለፍ-ቃሎን በኢ-ሜይል እንዲያስገቡ በፍጹም እንደማይጠይቅዎ ይወቁ፤

#_አጠራጣሪ ማስፈንጠሪያ ሲያጋጥሞ ለፌስቡክ ሪፖርት /report it/ ያድረጉ፤

7. ተጨማሪ የደህንነት መጠበቂያ መንገዶችን ይተግብሩ

#_ከማይታወቁ አድራሻዎችና መሣሪያዎች ወደ አካውንትዎ የመግባት ሙከራ ሲደረግ የጥቆማ መረጃ እንዲደርሶ /get alerts about unrecognized logins/ ያድረጉ፤

#_ባለሁለት ደረጃ የማንነት ማረጋገጫ ዘዴ /Set up two-factor authentication/ ይጠቀሙ፤

#_ሌሎች የደህንነት ጉዳዮችን በተመለከተ የፌስቡክ Help & Support ላይ በመግባት ያለዎትን ግንዛቤ በየጊዜው ያሳድጉ፤

When is the law requires the taxpayer to declare income tax?

The author wants to conclude the above discussion with the following remarks. Hamile is opted for two reasons. One, Hamile has got an established acceptance among taxpayers as a time when their tax year comes to an end. Second, lack of awareness as to the relevant legislation both by the authorities and taxpayers. Still clearly determining the exact time depends on individual circumstances of taxpayers, it can’t be done in one basket treatment. Authorities should abstain from rushing to penalize taxpayers for late payment without considering the exact tax year or financial year of taxpayers. Further, the time of payment is an important element to have the business license renewed. Possible consistency should be maintained between taxing authorities and the trade office.

በሌሎች ህጎች የተደነገገዉ እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ የተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ፍላጎት መኖሩ ወይም ጥያቄዉ መቅረቡ ብቻዉን ተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ አያሰጥም፤ ነገር ግን ተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ለመስጠት ወይም ለመከልከል የሚከተሉት ሁኔታዎች ከግንዛቤ የሚገቡ ይሆናል፡፡

1. ለተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ምክንያት ተደርጎ የቀረበዉ ስጋት ወይም አለመመቸት በሌላ ሁኔታ መፍታት የማይቻል መሆኑን በመመዘን፤

2. የተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ጥያቄ ከመቅረቡ በፊት ለጥያቄዉ ምክንያት የሆነዉን ነገር ለመቅረፍ ወይም ለመፍታት የተደረገ ጥረት ስለመኖሩ በማረጋገጥ፤

4. ከዚህ ቀደም ተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ያልተጠየቀ ነጊኑ እንዲህም ተጠይቆ የተፈቀደ ወይም ያልተፈቀደ ስለ መሆኑ በመለየት፤

5. በተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ምክንያት የጉዳዩ መጓተት በሌላዉ ባለጉዳይ ተገቢ በሆነ የጊዜ ገደብ ዉስጥ የተፋጠነ ፍትህ የማግኘት መብት ላይ ተፅእኖ የማይፈጥር መሆኑን ከግምት በማስገባት፤

6. የሚሰጠዉ ተለዋጭ ቀነ ቀጠሮ ጉዳዩ በተቀመጠለት ጊዜ ገደብ ዉስጥ እልባት እንዳያገኝ ለማድረግ ያለዉን አስተዋፅኦ ከግምት በማስገባት፤

7. ከተራ ቁጥር 1-6 የተገለፁት እንደተጠቁ ሆነዉ ሌላ አሳማኝ የሆነ ምክንያት መኖሩን ዳኛ የተረዳ እንደሆነ ተለዋጭ ቀነ ቀጠሮ ለመስጠት የሚከለክል አይሆንም፡፡
