नैशनल कंपनी लॉ अपीली ट्रिब्यूनल (NCLAT) ने कर्ज से लदी एस्सार स्टील के लिए पेश की गई वैश्विक दिग्गज स्टील कंपनी आर्सेलर मित्तल के समाधान योजना को सशर्त मंजूरी दे दी है। आर्सेलर मित्तल ने एस्सार स्टील के अधिग्रहण के लिए 42,000 करोड़ रुपये की बोली लगाई है। एनसीएलएटी ने कहा है कि उसकी यह मंजूरी पूर्व के आदेश पर एस्सार स्टील के प्रोमोटर्स की तरफ से दायर की गई अपील पर आने वाले निर्णय से तय होगी। जस्टिस एस जे मुखोपाध्याय की अध्यक्षता वाली दो सदस्यीय पीठ ने कहा कि एस्सार स्टील की समाधान योजना पर कोई रोक नहीं है और मिलने वाले फंड को कंपनी को कर्ज देने वालों के बीच बांटा जाएगा।

Dormant viruses reactivate during space travel
Space travel caused herpes viruses to reactivate in more than half of crew aboard Space Shuttle and International Space Station (ISS), according to a NASA study, a finding that could jeopardise mankind’s future missions to Mars and beyond.
