A team of researchers at the Centre for Development for Advanced Computing (CDAC) is developing an advanced instrument capable of tracking the precise direction of gunfire. For the second year in a row, Kerala has retained its top rank in the national health index, which analyses the overall performance and incremental improvement in all the states. According to the Health Index 2019 released on 25 June 2019 by NITI Aayog, Kerala is the top performer with a score of 74.01 out of 100, followed by Andhra Pradesh with 65.13 and Maharashtra with 63.99. A panel recommendation for MSMEs

Vertical steep dive version of Brahmos
India has successfully test-fired a vertical deep dive version of the indigenous BrahMos supersonic missile. The upgraded version of the world’s fastest supersonic cruise missile with an enhanced range of up to 500 km is also ready. Nag missile tests successful
Moving closer toward the induction of the Nag anti-tank guided missiles into the Army, Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) carried out three successful test firings of the missiles in the Pokhran firing ranges.
