👨🏻📦As part of the Last-Mile Delivery Tripartite Workgroup, we’ve been engaging stakeholders on improving the last-mile challenges that delivery personnel face today.
On 26 June, more than 60 development representatives and delivery personnel shared with us their insights and ideas on overcoming these challenges based on personal experience.
Last Friday, Minister (Transport) Chee Hong Tat and Minister (National Development) Desmond Lee visited two developments in Jurong, which have made enhancements to improve delivery experience.
For example, they provide dedicated parking or waiting areas for delivery personnel, or have set up a WhatsApp channel between the mall management and delivery personnel to share updates on site conditions and safety. Such measures have benefitted delivery and security personnel, as well as building managers, residents and visitors. 🏡👩🏽

Our road tunnels 🚇 like the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) and Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) are monitored around the clock.
In the event of incidents such as vehicle fires 🔥, the tunnel’s ventilation and fire protection systems are immediately activated, and our EMAS crew and LTA traffic marshals will be deployed to assist.
If you ever find yourself in such a situation, please stay calm and follow the directions from the traffic marshals and overhead lane use signs. Drive safely 🚗 and stay vigilant for traffic and other road users.

#PSA 📢 We’ll be conducting #ExerciseStationGuard at Dhoby Ghaut MRT station on 6 Aug (Tues) from 10am to 4pm.
During this period, commuters may be asked to undergo security screening through metal detectors and have their belongings scanned by X-ray machines.

Motorists can now retrieve e-letters for their vehicle transactions dating back up to three years or from 1 January 2022, whichever is later, on OneMotoring via Singpass login at no cost.
For example, if you search for records in May 2025, the earliest available e-letters will be from May 2022.
This will make it easier for vehicle owners who require past documents for vehicle-related transactions, such as applying for or deregistering the Malaysia Vehicle Entry Permit (#MVEP) 🚗
