Motorists can now retrieve e-letters for their vehicle transactions dating back up to three years or from 1 January 2022, whichever is later, on OneMotoring via Singpass login at no cost.

For example, if you search for records in May 2025, the earliest available e-letters will be from May 2022.

This will make it easier for vehicle owners who require past documents for vehicle-related transactions, such as applying for or deregistering the Malaysia Vehicle Entry Permit (#MVEP) 🚗
