The #MoorishMosque, situated in #Kapurthala in the Indian State of #Punjab is patterned on the lines of the Grand Mosque of Marrakesh, Morocco. It was commissioned by Maharajah Jagatjit Singh, the last ruler of Kapurthala. Kapurthala city, was then the capital city of the Kapurthala State, known as 'Mini Paris of Punjab' and the #mosque was stated to be one of the best in South-east Asia. The mosque is a #NationalMonument protected by the Archaeological Survey of India.

#Nakodar is home to two 17th century architectural gems, the beautifully maintained Mughal-era tombs of court musician Mohammad Momin, a tanpura maestro, and his student Haji Jamal. The tomb of Mohammad Momin has striking pointed arches, carved screens, intricate glazed tiles and plaster walls with painted designs. Facing it is the tomb of Haji Jamal, set atop a square platform with two flights of steps on each side, and crowned by a bulbous dome, also ornamented with splendid tiles.
Sri Yaganti Uma Maheswara Temple or #Yaganti is a temple of Shiva in #Kurnool District in the India state of #AndhraPradesh. It was built according to Vaishnavaite traditions.
This temple was constructed by King Harihara Bukka Raya of the Sangama Dynasty of the Vijayanagara Empire in the 15th century.
The Tombs of Ustad-Shagird are two Mughal-era tombs in the town of #Nakodar in #Jalandhar district, #Punjab, India.

In Hindi and Urdu, he word Ustad refers to teacher, and Shagird means student or disciple.

The Tomb of Ustad is of Muhammad Mumin Hussaini, a musician and nobleman from the time of Jahangir, as identified by an inscription on the tomb dating it to 1612-13 CE.

The Tomb of Shagird is of Haji Jamal, the student of Mumin Hussaini, and dates it to 1657, during the reign of Shah Jahan. The similarity of the inscriptions, both in terms of the same chapters and verses of the Quran as well as the style of writing, point to both being done by the same calligrapher.
Hawa Mahal, Jaipur

The massive edifice of #HawaMahal stands at the intersection of the main road in #Jaipur, Badi Chaupad and was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in the year 1799. Hawa Mahal derives its name from its unique structure, which is a mesh of small windows that allowed cool wind to enter the palace and hence kept the palace comfortable during the hot summer months. The main reason behind the palace's construction was to allow the women of the royal house to observe the festivities on the streets whilst being unseen from the outside as was the custom of the land. It is located right on the edge of the City Palace Jaipur and extends right to the 'zenana'.

Hawa Mahal is a structure made of red and pink sandstone and has a pyramidal structure which almost resembles a crown. It has been embellished with 953 tiny windows, also known as 'Jharokhas' and embellished with gorgeous latticework. From within, the Hawa Mahal palace is based on five floorsโ€ฆ
The Vidyashankar Temple built in the 14th century 1338 is dedicated to #LordShiva#Sringeri also written as Shringeri is a hill town and Taluk headquarters located in #Chikkamagaluru district in the state of #Karnataka It is the site of the first matha Sringeri Sharada Peeta established by Adi Shankara Hindu theologian and exponent of the Advaita Vedanta philosophy in the 8th century CE It is located on the banks of the river Tunga and also a historical Temple 1200 years.

Arunachalesvara Temple also called Annamalaiyar Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the deity Shiva located at the base of Arunachala hill in the town of Tamil Nadu India. It is significant to the Hindu sect of Saivism as one of the temples associated with the five elements the Pancha Bhoota Stalas and specifically the element of fire or Agni.

Baradari Garden - The importance can be ascertained from its name. This name was formed with two words of #Punjabi Bara and Dar. Bara stands for twelve and dar stands for doors. It means garden with twelve entrances. It was built in a mughal style in 1876 by Rajinder singh. Baradari gardens are in the north of #Patiala city. It is situated in the outer part of Sheranwala Gate. Baradari gardens were constructed near the Baradari palace. Baradari palace was a residence of Emperor Rajinder Singh. He brought rare species of trees and flowers from different places and planted them in this garden. The big fruit trees the Fern House and the Rock Garden shows his interest towards nature. Another name of Rajinder Kothi is Baradari Kothi because it is situated near the Baradari Garden. Today, the Baradari Palace is a warehouse of important historical documents.
