Feteh organized a one-day general meeting to establish an association of Law Schools in Ethiopia. As founding members, representatives from 36 universities gathered together to officially establish the Ethiopian Law Schools Association (ELSA) and approve the bylaws.

During the meeting executive committees and board members have been selected. Wolaita Sodo University, Debre Brahan University, and Bule Hora University as a three executive committee and the University of Gondar, Bahir Dar University, Haramaya University, Dire-Dawa University, Arba Minch University, Jimma University, and Ambo University as seven board members were elected by voting whereas the hierarchy was arranged by the highest number of votes.

Feteh supported the development of bylaws to establish the Ethiopian Law Schools Association (ELSA). The association is expected to foster cooperation between law schools and serve as an open and independent forum for experience sharing and discussion of diverse ideas about legal education and also enhance and strengthen the role of law in the development of the country through legal education.

In this Episode, Mr. Abebe Getahun, a public prosecutor from the Ministry of Justice explained the scope of application of the Labor Proclamation No. 1156/2019. Instances for lawful termination of employment with and without notice, the period of limitation, and lawful reduction of labor forces are also discussed.
Also in this episode, Ms. Sara Samuel, a public prosecutor from the Ministry of Justice, described what constitutes a democratic right, the ‘freedom of expression’ as illustrated under the FDRE Constitution.
