Feteh organized a one-day general meeting to establish an association of Law Schools in Ethiopia. As founding members, representatives from 36 universities gathered together to officially establish the Ethiopian Law Schools Association (ELSA) and approve the bylaws.

During the meeting executive committees and board members have been selected. Wolaita Sodo University, Debre Brahan University, and Bule Hora University as a three executive committee and the University of Gondar, Bahir Dar University, Haramaya University, Dire-Dawa University, Arba Minch University, Jimma University, and Ambo University as seven board members were elected by voting whereas the hierarchy was arranged by the highest number of votes.

Feteh supported the development of bylaws to establish the Ethiopian Law Schools Association (ELSA). The association is expected to foster cooperation between law schools and serve as an open and independent forum for experience sharing and discussion of diverse ideas about legal education and also enhance and strengthen the role of law in the development of the country through legal education.
