#PL4GE_Training_Underway#
#Dr. Esyas_Taye, project manager at the #African_Leadership_Excellence_Academy, declared that trainees are now engaging in practical sessions to apply their theoretical knowledge as facilitators.
He highlighted the significance of practical experience, noting that participants are practicing their skills to enhance their facilitation abilities and prepare for future leadership roles in promoting gender equality.
Dr. Esyas emphasized that PL4GE includes both women and men.
The training, focusing on Promoting Leadership for Gender Equality, aims to equip trainees with tools to drive positive changes in their communities. The training has been conducted from October 9-16, 2024.

በምክር ቤቱ የመንግሥት ዋና ተጠሪ ሚኒስትር ተስፋዬ በልጅጌ (ዶ/ር)፤ የሥልጠናው ዓላማ የምክር ቤት አባላት ሀገራዊ ህልሞችን ለማሳካት በተሄደበት እርቀት ልክ የተገኙ ድሎችና ያጋጠሙ ፈተናዎችን በአግባቡ እንዲገነዘቡ ለማድረግ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል።

በለውጡ ሂደት የተገኙ ስኬቶችን በማስቀጠል ለችግሮች ደግሞ የጋራ መፍትሔ እየሰጡ ለመቀጠል በሀገራዊ ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ የተሟላ ግንዛቤ መያዝ ወሳኝ መሆኑንም አንስተዋል።

የምክር ቤት አመራሮችና አባላት ሥልጠና በፖለቲካ፣ በኢኮኖሚ፣ በማኅበራዊ፣ በውጭ ግንኙነት፣ በተቋም ግንባታና የአመራር ብቃት ላይ በማተኮር #በአፍሪካ_አመራር_ልህቀት_አካዳሚ ለዘጠኝ ቀናት የሚሰጥ መሆኑ ታውቋል።

ኢትዮጵያ ወደ ተሻለ ከፍታ የሚያደርሳትን እና ለትውልድ የሚሻገር ህልም ተልማለች፤ ይህ ህልም እውን ይሆን ዘንድም ምቹ ነባራዊ ሁኔታዎች አሏት ማለታቸውን የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት መረጃ አመላክቷል፡፡
