The War college delegates presented the functions of the College on the meeting. The chief of the college, #Brigadier_General_Bulti_Tadesse expressed a keen interest in collaborating with AFLEX to cultivate leadership capable of strategic planning. thinking and responsive action in real-world situations.

Key areas of potential cooperation identified during the discussions Experience sharing in curriculum development, Staff exchanges, Research, collaboration on security issues, and jointly organizing forums on strategic matters

Both parties agreed to sign a #Memorandum_of_Understanding (MoU) to formalize their collaboration and expedite action in these areas.

Additionally, AFLEX will provide leadership development program for officials of the Ethiopian National Defense Force as part of this initiative.

This partnership aligns with AFLEX's broader strategy to forge strategic alliances with various institutions within the security sector, integrating security programs into its specialized leadership curriculum.

The collaboration aims to enhance leadership capabilities and address contemporary challenges faced by security organizations in Ethiopia.

አፍሌክስ እና የኢፌዴሪ መከላከያ ዋር ኮሌጅ ጋር በጋራ መስራት በሚችሉባቸው ጉዳዪች ዙሪያ ተወያዩ፡፡

በመከላከያ ዋር ኮሌጅ አዛዥ ብ/ጄነራል ቡልቲ ታደሰ የተመራ ልኡክ ዛሬ  ከአፍሌስ ፕሬዝደንት አቶ ዛዲግ አብረሃ  ጋር ተወያይቷል፡፡

ውይይቱ በሁለቱ ተቋማት መካከል ስትራቴጂያዊ ትብብር መፍጠርን አላማ ያደረገ ሲሆን ተቋማቱ በየዘርፋቸው የአመራር አቅም ማሳደግ ላይ ትኩረት አድርገው የሚሰሩ እንደመሆናቸው በጋራ መስራት የሚያስችሉ ብዙ የትብብር መስኮች እንዳሉ በውይይቱ ላይ ተነስቷል፡፡

አቶ ዛዲግ የአፍሌክስን የለውጥ ማስፋት እና ሽግግር ስራዎች ለልኡኩ አብራርተዋል::

አፍሌክስ አመራሩን በአመራር ልማት በማብቃት እንዲሁም በተግባር ችግሮችን እንዲፈታ በማስቻል ብቁ አመራር የማፍራት ተልእኮውን እየተወጣ እንደሚገኝም ገልፀዋል ።

አቶ ዛዲግ አያይዘውም ተቋሙን አፍሪካዊ ለማድረግ በሰው ሀይል ፣በመሰረተ ልማት እንዲሁም በአካዳሚያዊ ፕሮግራሞች ላይ እየተሰሩ ያሉ ስራዎችን አብራርተዋል ።

የመከላከያ ዋር ኮሌጅ ልዑክ በበኩሉ ስለኮሌጁ ተግባራት ማብራርያ ሰቷል ።

 

የኮሌጁ አዛዥ ብርጋዴር ጀነራል ቡልቲ ታደሰ እቅድን ከተግባር ጋር አጣምሮ የሚይዝና፣ ብዙ ችግሮችን መፍታት የሚችል ብቁ አመራር በማፍራት ረገድ በጋራ መስራት አስፈላጊ ነው ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።

በውይይቱ ካሪኩለም ማበልፀግ፣  የሰው ሀይልና የልምድ ልውውጥ ማድረግ፣ የፀጥታ እና የደህነንት ጉዳዮችን በተመለከተ ጥናት ማካሄድ እንዲሁም የውይይት መድረኮችን ማዘጋጀት በጋራ መስራት የሚቻልባቸው የትብብር መስኮች እንዲሆኑ የጋራ መግባባት ላይ ተደርሷል።
 
ሁለቱም አካላት በጋራ መስራት በሚቻልባቸው መስኮች ላይ በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ የመግባቢያ ሰነድ ተፈራርመው ወደ ተግባር እንዲገባ እና በቅርቡ ከፍትኛ የመከላከያ አመራሮች በአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ስልጠና እንዲወስዱ ተስማምተዋል ፡፡
 
አፍሌክስ ከሚሰጣቸው ልዩ የአመራር ልማት ፕሮግራሞች መካከል የጸጥታ እና ደህንንት ዘርፉን የተመለከቱ ፕሮግራሞችን እያካተተ እንዲሁም ከተለያዩ የዘርፉ ተቋማት ጋር ያለውን አጋርነት ለማሳደግ እየሰራ የሚገኝ ሲሆን የዛሬውም ውይይት የዚህ አንዱ አካል እንደሆነ ተገልጿል፡፡

Mr. Zadig emphasized the significance of China's partnership in Ethiopia's development and highlighted the role AFLEX plays in bridging the gap between #civil_society, the #public_sector, the #private_sector, and #Government.

He further emphasized how the Academy's physical establishment in Ethiopia is a testament to the strong partnership between the two nations.

Mr. Zadig added that the Academy's vision to foster a cohesive socio-economic prosperity, drawing parallels with China's exemplary model of development, particularly its remarkable progress within a short span of years.
 
The discussion then focused on ways to enhance China's assistance in human resource development through reform and the importance of experience sharing on governance.

Both parties acknowledged the significant potential for China to act as a key partner in supporting infrastructure cooperation for the re-establishment of AFLEX.

Mr. Zhao Fengtao stated China's decades-long commitment to providing training and officials also shared their enriching experiences at #Peking and #Tsinghua_Universities.

He further discussed the importance of enhancing communication with institutions to tailor training programs to specific needs.
 
The experience-sharing on governance was recognized as a significant factor in deepening China-Ethiopia cooperation, emphasizing China's willingness to share its expertise.

Mr. Zhao expressed his confidence in a brighter future for the Academy and assured AFLEX of CIDCA's support in terms of hardware and software.

The event concluded with a heartwarming gift exchange. Mr. Zhao presented a traditional Chinese craft to Mr. Zadig Abreha, President of AFLEX. In return, Mr. Zadig presented Mr. Zhao with a traditional Ethiopian painting, symbolizing the bright future of collaboration between China and Ethiopia.

This special engagement highlighted the Academy's commitment to advancing gender equality through its partnership with Public Leadership for Gender Equality.
During his address, the President expressed immense pride in the collaboration, emphasizing its significance in fostering strong female leaders equipped to face today’s challenges. “You are incredibly fortunate to take part in such transformative training,” he stated, underscoring the Academy’s dedication to nurturing talent among women leaders.

የሰንደቅ ዓላማ ቀን የፊታችን ሰኞ ጥቅምት 4 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም እንደሚከበር የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አስታወቀ።

የዘንድሮው የሰንደቅ ዓላማ ቀን “ሰንደቅ ዓላማችን ለብሔራዊ አንድነታችን፣ ለሉዓላዊነታችንና ለኢትዮጵያ ከፍታ!” በሚል መሪ ሃሳብ ለ17ኛ ጊዜ በመላው ሀገሪቱ ለማክበር ዝግጅት እየተደረገ እንደሚገኝ ተገልጿል፡፡


በፌደራል፣ በክልሎችና በሁለቱም የከተማ አስተዳደሮች ከሰንደቅ ዓላማ መርሆዎች ጋር ተገናዝቦ በኢፌዲሪ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት መሪነት በመላው ሀገሪቱ እንደሚከበርም ምክር ቤቱ ጠቅሷል፡፡

ዕለቱ በፌደራል የመንግስት ተቋማት፣ በክልሎችና በሁለቱም ከተማ አስተዳደሮች፣ በመከላከያ ሰራዊት ካምፖች እንዲሁም በኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲዎችና ሚሲዮኖች በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ከረፋዱ 4፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ሰንደቅ ዓለማ በመስቀልና በሰንደቅ ዓላማ ፊት ቃለ መሐላ በመፈፀም ሥነ-ስርዓት እንዲሁም በተለያዩ ዝግጅቶች በደማቅ ሁኔታ እንደሚከበርም ነው ምክር ቤቱ ያስታወቀው፡፡

የብሔራዊ ሰንደቅ ዓላማ ቀን በዓል በየዓመቱ መከበሩ ለብሔራዊ አንድነት፣ ለኢትዮጵያ ሉዓላዊነትና ከፍታ እንዲሁም ብሔራዊ መነቃቃትን ለመፍጠር ትልቅ ትርጉም እንዳለው ተነግሯል::

#AFLEX Secures #400_Million_RMB from Chinese Government.

Mr. Zhao Fengtao Vice Chairman of China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) introduced the Global Development Initiative (GDI) under CIDCA for the implementation.

The vice chairman identified four priority areas for future cooperation. To support #African_Leadership_Excellence_academy, Supporting new projects with a grant of 400 million RMB, Supporting private and public sector projects with GDI special fund, and Due attention for human development.

በእናት ባንክ የኮርፖሬት ሰርቪስ ም/ ፕሬዝደንት ወ/ሮ ገነት በበኩላቸው ስለ አፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ለውጥ፤ ሽግግር እና ማስፋት ስራዎች የተደረገላቸውን ገለጻ አድንቀው፤ እንደ አፍሌክስ አይነት ተቋማት በሀገራችን በመኖራቸው መደሰታቸውን ጠቅሰው፤ በስልጠና ምክንያት ወደ ተለያዩ የአፍሪካ ሀገራት ይደረግ የነበረውን ጉዞ በማስቀረት እዚሁ በሀገራችን ለመጀመር መታሰቡ የሚያኮራ ነው ብለዋል::

ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንቷ አያይዘውም በቀጣይ በሚኖሩ የአመራር ልማት ፕሮግራሞች፣ ልዩ ልዩ ሁነቶች ላይ ለመሳተፍ እንደሚፈልጉና አካዳሚውን በአካል በመጎብኘት ከአካዳሚው ጋር አብሮ መስራት እንዲሁም የሚሰጣቸው አገልግሎቶችን መጠቀም በሚቻልባቸው ጉዳዮች ላይ ሀሳብ ሰጥተዋል::
