If once the industry was business-oriented, then the industry shifted towards the customer experience, and today, of course, we put the customer at the center, we started thinking about the psychology of use more than practicality.

Yesterday I was in a very interesting Amir Shevat lecture that made a very interesting career path through all the big companies in the market and he started talking to me about abandoning the MVP he started talking to me about MLP - Most Lovable Product. Sony has re-established its record-making factories. And that was just the beginning. A few years ago I had the idea of bringing the "back to black movement" to Israel. Establish a venture whose character is based on social economy and support for local businesses. To create one "hub" on records in Israel. One site where you can find all the records you can purchase in the country and all the information about them. Where was all the information supposed to come from? The experts in the field, the people who live and breathe music and records - the shops and business owners. Create a huge repository of music information available on record in the country. Anyone who donates information will receive a purchase link to their store with all store details. More than one business contributing information? No problem, everyone will be equally represented and only the price can bring the customers to them. The people are earning information, the store owners will increase credibility as experts and those who can recommend the right music for the customer. The price will be competitive to the customer and that's how everyone benefits. Even though I ran the idea in front of a startup investor, the smile on his face made me think twice. But I'm right - I'm right ... just for the big companies and the corresponding market segments it takes a few years to figure it out.
