A phenomenon I've been having lately - it's actually taking its first steps but there is a smell of change in the air. People start talking to me in product worlds - with emotions.
If once the industry was business-oriented, then the industry shifted towards the customer experience, and today, of course, we put the customer at the center, we started thinking about the psychology of use more than practicality.
And now? Ready for that? Now start talking to me about feelings.
Yesterday I was in a very interesting Amir Shevat lecture that made a very interesting career path through all the big companies in the market and he started talking to me about abandoning the MVP he started talking to me about MLP - Most Lovable Product. Not too long ago the amazing Zohar Urian talked about the fact that we need to talk instead of Design thinking with words like Design feeling.
And me? That so talented people talk to me ... I listen ...
