Collaboration is nice but why we are really doing it? I heard a ted talk about the difference between getting attention and giving attention. It makes me think about the way we work, about the fact that product & designers need to know how to code (on a basic level). how designers & developers need to know how to write specifications like the product. the developers & the product need to know how to design and create beautiful wireframes.

Each year we're getting closer as teams. I think I wrote it here in the past in the near future we will be full-stack products/designers/developers. We will create new rolls. it's better for the product but even better for our creativity. I hope you'll get inspired by this ted talk as I was.

A phenomenon I've been having lately - it's actually taking its first steps but there is a smell of change in the air. People start talking to me in product worlds - with emotions.
If once the industry was business-oriented, then the industry shifted towards the customer experience, and today, of course, we put the customer at the center, we started thinking about the psychology of use more than practicality.
And now? Ready for that? Now start talking to me about feelings.
Yesterday I was in a very interesting Amir Shevat lecture that made a very interesting career path through all the big companies in the market and he started talking to me about abandoning the MVP he started talking to me about MLP - Most Lovable Product. Not too long ago the amazing Zohar Urian talked about the fact that we need to talk instead of Design thinking with words like Design feeling.

A little about entrepreneurship and believing in yourself for a weekend. long but valuable lesson i've learned. Records will dominate the market. I've been saying this for years ... Sony has re-established its record-making factories. And that was just the beginning. A few years ago I had the idea of bringing the "back to black movement" to Israel. Establish a venture whose character is based on social economy and support for local businesses. To create one "hub" on records in Israel. One site where you can find all the records you can purchase in the country and all the information about them. Where was all the information supposed to come from? The experts in the field, the people who live and breathe music and records - the shops and business owners. Create a huge repository of music information available on record in the country. Anyone who donates information will receive a purchase link to their store with all store details. More than one business contributing information? No problem, everyone will be equally represented and only the price can bring the customers to them. The people are earning information, the store owners will increase credibility as experts and those who can recommend the right music for the customer. The price will be competitive to the customer and that's how everyone benefits. Even though I ran the idea in front of a startup investor, the smile on his face made me think twice. But I'm right - I'm right ... just for the big companies and the corresponding market segments it takes a few years to figure it out. Anyone who wants to think about how to exercise it is welcome to contact me. I have the infrastructure to run with it forward :)
