π½ 3 batang baby corn (hiris halus)
π½ Pes bebawangs
π½ 1.5 scoop beras sumo
π½ 2.5 scoop air
π½ Baby Spinach (hiris)
π½ Serbuk bilis homemade
π½ Serbuk lada putih
π½ 1/2 cup fresh milk

π₯£ Masukkan semua bahan kecuali fresh milk & baby spinach ke dalam slow cooker, set slow cooker kepada 2 jam.
π₯£ Selepas sejam, masukkan fresh milk & bany spinach, kacau seketika, biar 10 minit & switch off slow cooker. Siap!

*Cucoq Bilis*
π₯― 1 cup unbleached flour
π₯― 1 biji telur
π₯― 2 sudu makan serbuk bilis
π₯― 1 sudu makan penuh menggunung pes bawang merah
π₯― Daun bawang (hiris halus)

π₯£ Campurkan semua bahan & gaul sekata
π₯£ Panaskan minyak dalam kuali.
π₯£ Jemputkan adunan & goreng hingga keperangan
π₯£ Angkat & tos atas tisu dapur. Siap!

Age suggestion : 8 months & above
Breakfast/Teatime - Anchovies Fritters
Lunch/Dinner - Baby Corn Rice Porridge
Snack - Navel Orange

*Baby Corn Rice Porridge*
π½ 3 baby corns (thinly sliced)
π½ 1 tsp of Onion & garlic pastes each
π½ 1.5 scoop of Calrose rice
π½ 2.5 scoop water
π½ Baby Spinach (chopped)
π½ Homemade Anchovies Powder
π½ White pepper powder
π½ 1/2 cup of fresh milk

π₯£ Put all ingredients (except fresh milk & baby spinach) inside the slow cooker, set the slow cooker for 2 hours
π₯£ After one hour, add in fresh milk & baby spinach, stir for a while, leave it for 10 mins & switch off the slow cooker. Done!

*Anchovies Fritters*
π₯― 1 cup of unbleached flour
π₯― 1 egg
π₯― 2 tbs of homemade anchovies powder
π₯― 1 tbs of onion paste
π₯― Spring onions (chopped)

π₯£ Mixed well all ingredients
π₯£ Drop fritter batter by spoonfuls (or using hand) unti hot oils and fry until golden.
π₯£ Jemputkan adunan & goreng hingga keperangan
π₯£ Drain on paper towel. Done!

Back to Malay dishes after 2 days of having chocolate-based breakfast. Ibu is supposed to pair the dishes with traditional sapodilla (ciku) but mine turned out rotten πͺ So I left with very Mat Salleh navel orange π

Ni bekalan ke BS. Weekend baru-baru ni papa punggah store, terjumpa tiffin ibu yang lama tak pernah pakai pun sebab too small. Now this tiffin is the perfect size for Rahel. Ibu beli from @tiffinspiffin years ago π
Bahan-bahan :
1. Beras sumo
2. Tauhu telur
3. Carrot (potong baji)
4. Bayam merah (racik halus)
5. CBS
6. Crispy onion & garlic
Cara-cara:
1. Masak nasi lembik & ketepikan.
2. Masukkan 2 cawan air & CBS dalam periuk
3. Masukkan carrot & biar mendidih hingga carrot lembut
4. Tambah tauhu telur. Biar seketika
5. Masukkan bayam merah
6. Tutup api & tabur crispy garlic & onion
