በቀን 16/4/2013 ዓ.ም ከምሽቱ 1 ሰዓት ላይ x የተባለው ግለሰብ y በተባለው ግለሰብ ላይ ጋዝ እየበራ ያለውን ኩራዝ ይወረውራል፡፡ ጋዙ በልጁ ላይ ከተርከፈከፈ በኃላ ከወገብ በላይ እሳቱ ተቀጣጥሎ ስነድ ልጁ ራሱን ለማዳን ወድያ ወዲ እየሮጠ ሳለ የአከባቢ ሕዝብ ደርሠው ቲሸርቱን በእሳት የተቀጣጠለውን ቀድዶ በማውለቅ በፀጉሩ ላይ ስነድ በነበረው ላይ ውሃ በመጨመርና እሳቱን በማጥፋት ልጁን ከሞት አድኗል፡፡ which criminal law provision is applicable? የፌደራልፖሊስ ኮሚሽን ምልምል ሰልጣኞችን ለማሰልጠን በዝግጅት ላይ መሆኑ ይታወቃል፡፡ስለሆነም በአሁኑ ሰዓት ካለው ወቅታዊ ሁኔታ አንፃር ለማህበረሰቡ ተደራሽ በመሆን የተሻለ የሰው ሃይል ለማግኘት ይቻል ዘንድ በሚከተሉ የምልመላ መስፈርቶች መሰረት ምልምል ሰልጣኞችን ለመቅጠር ይፈልጋል፡፡
1. ለህገ -መንግስቱና ሕገ-መንግስቱን መሰረት አድርገው ለወጡ ሕጎች ተገዥና ታማኝ የሆነ ወይም የሆነች፣
2. ከማናቸውም ደባል ሱሶች የፀዳ ወይም የፀዳች፣
3. ከሚኖርበት ቀበሌ አስተዳደር የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ የሚችል ወይም የሚትችል፣
4. በብሔሮች፣ብሔረሰቦችና ሕዝቦች እንዲሁም በሃይማኖት እኩልነት የሚያምን ወይም የሚታምን፤
5. መልካም ስነ-ምግባር ያለው ወይም ያላት ፤
6. ለፖሊስነት የሚያበቃ ሙሉ ጤናማ መሆኑ ወይም መሆኗ በህክምና የተረጋገጠ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል ወይም የሚትችል፤
7. ዕድሜው ወይም ዕድሜዋ ከ18 እስከ 25 ዓመት ያላነሰና ያልበለጠ፤
8. ከማንኛውም የፖለቲካ ድርጅት አባልነት ገለልተኝ የሆነ ወይም የሆነች፤
9. ቢያንስ 10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ ወይም ያጠናቀቀች፤
10. ቁመት ለወንድ 1.65 ሜትር በላይ የሆነ፣ለሴት 1.60 ሜትር በላይ የሆነች፤
11. ዜግነት ኢትዮጵያዊ የሆነ ወይም የሆነች፤
12. የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራል ፖሊስ ኮሚሽን ማቋቋሚያ አዋጅ ቁጥር 720/2004 እና ደንብ ቁጥር 268/2005 በሚያዘው መሠረት የ7 ዓመት የሥራ ውል ግዴታ በመግባት ሥልጠናው ሲጠናቀቅ በየትኛውም የፌደራል ፖሊስ ኮሚሽን ተቋም የሥራ አካባቢ ተመድቦ ወይም ተመድባ ለመስራት ፈቃደኛ የሆነ፣ የሆነች፤
13. ከአሁን በፊት በወንጀል ተከሶ ያልተቀጣ ወይም ተከሳ ያልተቀጣች እንዲሁም የወንጀል ክስ የሌለበት ወይም የሌለባት፤
14. ከአሁን በፊት በማንኛውም የፖሊስና የመከላከያ ሰራዊት ተቋም ሥልጠና ያልወሰደ ወይም ያልወሰደች፤በአባልነት ተቀጥሮ የማያውቅ ወይም የማታውቅ ወይም ያላገለገለ፤ያላገለገለች፤
15. ያላገባ እና ያልወለደ ወይም ያላገባችና ያልወለደች፤
16. የቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ፣የሶማሌ፤የአፋር እና የጋምቤላ ክልል ተመልማዮች የ10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቁ ዕጩ ተመልማዮች በማይገኙበት ጊዜ ለብሔሩ ወይም የክልሉ ተወላጅ 6ኛ እና ከዚያ በላይ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀና በመማር ላይ ያለ ኮታውን ለማሟላት መመልመል ይችላል፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ:-
ማንኛውም ዕጩ ተመልማይ በምዝገባ ወቅት ከላይ ከተገለፁት መመዘኛዎች በተጨማሪ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን ማስረጃዎች ይዞ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
1. የ8ኛ ክፍል ፈተና ወስዶ ያለፈበትን ወይም ወስዳ ያለፈችበትን ካርድ ዋናውንና የማይመለስ 1 ፎቶኮፒ፣ 10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቁትን እና በተራ ቁጥር 16 ላይ ለተጠቀሱት ክልሎች ብሔርና ለክልሉ ተወላጆች ከ6ኛ ክፍል በላይ የትምህርት ማስረጃ ዋናውንና የማይመለስ 1 ፎቶኮፒ፣
2. የቀበሌ ነዋሪነት መታወቂያ ካርድ ይዞ መቅረብና መመዝገብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
3. የተመልማዩን ማንነት አጠቃላይ ሁኔታ ለመገንዘብ እንዲያስችል ታስቦ በሥልጠና ማዕከሉ አማካይነት የተዘጋጀውን ፎርም ከምዝገባ ጣቢያው በመቀበል የመጨረሻ አመት ካጠናቀቀበት ወይም ካጠናቀቀችበት ትምህርት ቤት፣ከመኖሪያ ቀበሌና ከአካባቢው ፖሊስ ጽፈት ቤቶች ቀርቦ ወይም ቀርባ የማስሞላትና በተጠቀሰው ቀነ-ገደብ መሠረት ለምልመላ ጣቢያው አስቀድሞ ማስረከብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
4. ሴት ተወዳዳሪዎች ይበረታታሉ፡፡
5. ማንኛውም ምልምል ከ500 ብር በላይ ወርቅ፣የተለያዩ ስለታማ ነገሮችን፣ምግብ ነክ ነገሮች እና ከሁለት ቅያሪ ልብስ በላይ ይዞ መግባት የተከለከለ ነው፡፡
 ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶችን የሚታሟሉ ዕጩ ተመልማዮች ከጥር 1 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ባላቹበት አካባቢ በአካል ቀርባችሁ እንዲትመዘገቡ የፌደራል ፖሊስ ኮሚሽን ያሳስባል።

የአንድ ድርጅት የሰው ኃይል ፍላጎቶችን ለመቅረፍ ፖሊሲዎችን ፣ ፕሮግራሞችን እና አሰራሮችን ጨምሮ የሰው ሀይል እና የሰራተኛ ግንኙነት ስትራቴጂዎችን ማቀድ ፣ ማዘጋጀት ፣ መተግበር እና መገምገም

Am observing that some colleagues have raise the issue related to one student in AAU suicide in relation to exit exam dismissal.
Though the examiner could be liable in administrative way provided that he have acted against the regulation to the examination,I think to call for criminal liability to the inst as to the death of the student will be impossible and the case have been escalated too much,the name of the examiner should not be mentioned on the new either since would endanger the inst security.

hello this is ruth and i wanted to ask some questions for my paper

- is there any law regarding gig economy in Ethiopia? which sector is currently guiding RIDE? and does the current guiding law protect the interests of the consumers?

The supervisor was simply doing his/her job. It was a suicide, nothing more. The supervisor didn't suggest he should kill himself nor did he/she provide the gas. The student decided, on his own, to end his life. This is the reality. There is no need to blame others. If anything, the supervisor is a person of principle for sticking to the rules on punctuality.

While its true that there is no legal ground to hold the supervisor accountable for the suicide of the student, i dont think he did something to be praised about.
1st of all there is always an exception to principles. Punctuality is of course something to promote. However, you can’t always be punctual for reasons beyond ur control.
Secondly, here is a blind student who got to exit exam despite all the odds working against him. We all know exit exam is a life and death situation for a law student. We all know how stressful it is. Particularly this year’s exit exam was harder for the exam takers. I can’t even imagine their frustration. And Abraham was left with the last exam mind you.
Bottom line the supervisor should’ve given his ears when he should’ve. His act is not about him following protocol. He simply said no cause he thinks he can.

Ok..well but one queastion arise for u..the queastion is how about the cause and effect relationship of the crime..am rise these if the supervisor is permit to take the exam may be the student is not take any action on him even the action is taken by the studente b/c of the act of the supervisor..if it is permit it is not take the action..and also any laws or regulation they have an exception to the pple..that is the pple exception is a good couse so the student is they have a good couse to prove these without proof i.e it is a bliend as you sayd erlier and also to forget the exam code..l think the supervisor is liable for the death of the student in my perception...
