የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ለፍርድ ቤቶች በጀት የሚያጸድቅበት አሠራር ሊጀመር መሆኑን የፌደራሉ ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት አስተውቋል፡፡
🅰በዚህም መሠረት የ2012 ዓ.ም በጀት ጥያቄያቸውን ለሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አቅርበው እንደሚያስወስኑ የጀርመን ራድዮ ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤትን ጠቅሶ ዘግቧል፡፡ እስካሁን ለዳኝነት አካላት ዐመታዊ በጀታቸውን የሚደለድልላቸው 🅰 ገንዘብና ኢኮኖሚ ልማት ሚንስቴር ነበር፡፡
ሕገ መንግሥቱ ግን ፍርድ ቤቶች የበጀት ጥያቄያቸውን ለሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት እንዲያቀርቡ ነው የሚያዘው፡፡

ዝብርቅርቅ ያለ መዋቅር ስላለው ለህግ ት\ት ጥራት እና ወጥነት ችግር መሆኑን
የኢትዮጵያ ህግ ታማሪዎች ህብረት ባቀረበው ተደጋጋሚ የወጥነት ጥያቄ consortium ጉዳዩን ለሚመለከተው አካል አቅርቦ ተቀባይነት አግኝቶ በአሁኑ ስዓት ጥናቱ እየተካሄደ ነው።
ሁሉም የህግ ትቤት structure እየታዬ እና ጥናቱ ሲያልቅ በፍጥነት ወጥ የሆነ ከማንኛውም ሌላ መዋቅር ተፅዕኖ ነፃ የህግ ት/ቤት ይኖረናል።
