ታህሳስ 14/2017 (ሱሉሉታ- አፍሌክስ) - የአፍሌክስ የአመራር ልማት ማዕከል ዛሬ ከፖላር ፕላስ ኤክሰለንስ ሃብ እና አጋር ድርጅቶች የተወጣጡ ልዑካንን አስተናግዷል።
ሱሉልታ በሚገኘው የአመራር ልማት ማዕከል ተገኝተው ጉብኝት ያደረጉት የፖላር ፕላስ ኤክሰለንስ ሃብ እና አጋር ድርጅቶቹ የሆኑት #የዌብ_አክሰስ፣ #የሻላ_ዌልነስ_ሴንተር እና #የአፔክስ_ቬንቸርስ አመራሮች ናቸው።
ልዑካኑ በማዕከሉ የሚገኙ ዘመናዊ የሲኒዲኬትስ ክፍሎችን እና ጂምናዚየምን ጨምሮ ሌሎች ዘመናዊ መገልገያዎችን ጎብኝተዋል።
በጉብኝታቸውም እንዲህ ያለ የተሟላ የአመራር ልማት ማዕከል በኢትዮጵያ መገኘቱ ትልቅ እመርታ መሆኑን ገልጸው፣ ይህ አፍሌክስ ለአመራር ልማት ምቹ አካባቢን ለመፍጠር ያለውን ቁርጠኝነት አጉልቶ ያሳያል ብለዋል።
ጉብኝቱን ተከትሎ የአፍሌክስ የአመራር ልማት ዘርፍ ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወ/ሮ መሰረት ደስታ ከልዑኩ ጋር ውይይት አድርገዋል። በውይይቱም ላይ "አፍሌክስ የመንግስት እና የግሉ ዘርፍ ትብብር፤ ለሁለንተናዊ እድገት ያለውን አስፈላጊነት በመገንዘብ በትብብር ለመስራት በሩን ክፍት አድርጎ እየጋበዘ ነው።" ብለዋል።
በውይይቱ አፍሌክስ እና ልዑካኑ የጋራ የትብብር አቅጣጫዎችን ለይተው አጋርነት መፍጠር ስለሚችሉበት ሁኔታ የተነጋገሩ ሲሆን፣ ከትብብር መስኮቹ መካከል የጤናው ዘርፍ እና የስትራቴጂክ ኮሙዩኒኬሽን ሊካተቱ የሚችሉ እንደሆኑ ተጠቁሟል።

ሱሉልታ በሚገኘው የአመራር ልማት ማዕከል ተገኝተው ጉብኝት ያደረጉት የፖላር ፕላስ ኤክሰለንስ ሃብ እና አጋር ድርጅቶቹ የሆኑት #የዌብ_አክሰስ፣ #የሻላ_ዌልነስ_ሴንተር እና #የአፔክስ_ቬንቸርስ አመራሮች ናቸው።
ልዑካኑ በማዕከሉ የሚገኙ ዘመናዊ የሲኒዲኬትስ ክፍሎችን እና ጂምናዚየምን ጨምሮ ሌሎች ዘመናዊ መገልገያዎችን ጎብኝተዋል።

ጉብኝቱን ተከትሎ የአፍሌክስ የአመራር ልማት ዘርፍ ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወ/ሮ መሰረት ደስታ ከልዑኩ ጋር ውይይት አድርገዋል። በውይይቱም ላይ "አፍሌክስ የመንግስት እና የግሉ ዘርፍ ትብብር፤ ለሁለንተናዊ እድገት ያለውን አስፈላጊነት በመገንዘብ በትብብር ለመስራት በሩን ክፍት አድርጎ እየጋበዘ ነው።" ብለዋል።
በውይይቱ አፍሌክስ እና ልዑካኑ የጋራ የትብብር አቅጣጫዎችን ለይተው አጋርነት መፍጠር ስለሚችሉበት ሁኔታ የተነጋገሩ ሲሆን፣ ከትብብር መስኮቹ መካከል የጤናው ዘርፍ እና የስትራቴጂክ ኮሙዩኒኬሽን ሊካተቱ የሚችሉ እንደሆኑ ተጠቁሟል።

ከልዑካን ቡድኑ አባላት መካክል የሻላ ዌልነስ ሴንተር መስራች #ዶ/ር_ዳዊት_መንግስቱ በጤና እና በውጤታማ አመራር መካከል ያለውን ግንኙነት አጽንዖት በመስጠት "በደንብ መስራት የሚችሉ ጤናማ መሪዎች ያስፈልጉናል ለዚህም በመሪዎች አቅም ግንባታ ላይ ከሚሰራው የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ጋር በትብብር መስራት ወሳኝ ነው።" ብለዋል።
የዛሬው ጉብኝት አፍሌክስ እና ፖላር ፕላስ ኤክሰለንስ ሃብ ከቀናት በፊት አጋርነትን ለመፍጠር በማሰብ ያደረጉትን የመጀመሪያ ውይይት ተከትሎ የተካሄደ ሲሆን ትብብሩ ከሁለቱ ተቋማት እና አጋሮቻቸው የተወጣጡ ሃብት እና እውቀትን በማዋሃድ የአመራር አቅምን የሚያጎለብቱ ስራዎችን ለመስራት ያለመ ነው።

አዲስ አበባ፣ ታሕሣሥ 16፣ 2017 (አፍሌክስ) የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ እና የምስራቅ አፍሪካ የልማት በይነ መንግስታት ድርጅት (ኢጋድ) በጋራ መስራት የሚያስችላቸውን የመግባቢያ ስምምነት ተፈራረሙ።
ስምምነቱን የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚን በመወከል የአካዳሚው ፕሬዚዳንት አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ እና የኢጋድ ዋና ፀሀፊ ወርቅነህ ገበየሁን (ዶ/ር) ወክለው በኢትዮጵያ የኢጋድ ተጠሪ አበባው ቢሆነኝ ፈርመውታል።
በስምምነት ፊርማው ላይ አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ እንደገለጹት አካዳሚው ከሀገር ውስጥ እና ከዓለም አቀፍ ተቋማት ጋር ትብብር በማድረግ የአመራር ልማት ስራውን ለማስፋት እየሰራ እንደሆነ ጠቅሰው፤ በቀጠናው ሰላም ለማስጠብቅና ሀገራቱን ለማስተሳስር ስምምነቱ ያግዛል ብለዋል።
ፕሬዚደንቱ አያይዘውም ከኢጋድ ጋር የተደረገው ስምምነት በአመራር ልማት፤ በጋራ ጥናትና ምርምር ፤ ዓለምአቀፍ ጉባኤዎችንና ወርክሾፖችን በጋራ ለማካሄድ፤ እንዲሁም በተለያዩ የአቅም ግንባታ ስራዎች ላይ በጋራ ለመስራት ያለመ እንደሆነ ተናግረዋል።
በኢትዮጵያ የኢጋድ ተጠሪ አበባው ቢሆነኝ ኢጋድ በቀጠናው ሰላም ለማስፈን፣ በጤና፣በማህበራዊ አገልግሎት ፣በተፈጥሮ ሀብት ጥበቃ እና በአመራር ላይ የሚሰራውን ስራን በማንሳት የጋራ ስምምነቱ የአመራር እቅም ለማሳደግ ከፍተኛ ሚና እንዳለው ገልጸዋል።
የትብብር ስምምነቱ ከ2025 ጀምሮ ወደ ትግበራው እንደሚገባ በስምምነቱ ወቅት ተገልጿል።

በኢትዮጵያ የኢጋድ ተጠሪ አበባው ቢሆነኝ ኢጋድ በቀጠናው ሰላም ለማስፈን፣ በጤና፣በማህበራዊ አገልግሎት ፣በተፈጥሮ ሀብት ጥበቃ እና በአመራር ላይ የሚሰራውን ስራን በማንሳት የጋራ ስምምነቱ የአመራር እቅም ለማሳደግ ከፍተኛ ሚና እንዳለው ገልጸዋል።
የትብብር ስምምነቱ ከ2025 ጀምሮ ወደ ትግበራው እንደሚገባ በስምምነቱ ወቅት ተገልጿል።

የአፍሌክስ ፕሬዝደንት አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ ከኢጋድ ጋር የትብብር ምምነት በተፈራረሙበት ወቅት ከተናገሩት :-
👉የአፍሌክስ የትብብር አድማስ ኢትዮጵያ፣ የአፍሪካ ቀንድ፣ አፍሪካ፣ ከዚያም አለም አቀፍ እያለ እየሰፋ የሚሄድ ነው።
👉ከአፍሪካ ህብረት ጋር አብረን መስራት ጀምረናል።
👉ባለፈው አንድ አመት ውስጥ ከተለያዩ የእስያ ተቋማት ጋር አብሮ ለመስራት ያደረግነው እንቅስቃሴ ውጤት ማምጣት ጀምሯል።
👉አሜሪካ ውስጥ ከሚገኙ በአመራር ልማት ዘርፍ ስመጥር ከሆኑ ተቋማት ጋር አብረን እየሰራን ነው።
👉ከበርካታ የአውሮፓ ተቋማት ጋርም ትብብር ለመፍጠር ጥረት እያደረግን እንገኛለን።
👉ከኢጋድ ጋር ትብብር ለመመስረት ያደርግነው ጥረት ፍሬ አፍርቶ ለስምምነት በመብቃቱ ደስተኞች ነን።
👉ከኢጋድ ጋር አጋርነት ለመፍጠር መስማማታችን ለአፍሌክስም ለኢትዮጵያ መንግስትም ልዩ ትርጉም አለው።
👉ኢትዮጵያ ለአፍሪካ ነጻነት እና እድገት የቀደመ አስተዋጽዖ የነበራት ጥንታዊት ሃገር ናት።
👉ይህ የሃገራችን አስተዋጽዖ በእኛም ትውልድ ተጠናክሮ ሊቀጥል ይገባል።
👉የቀጠናችን የአፍሪካን ቀንድ ውስብስብ ችግሮች ለመፍታት አቅም ያላቸውን መሪዎች ለማፍራት አፍሌክስ በትጋት ይሰራል።
👉የአፍሌክስ የትብብር አድማስ ኢትዮጵያ፣ የአፍሪካ ቀንድ፣ አፍሪካ፣ ከዚያም አለም አቀፍ እያለ እየሰፋ የሚሄድ ነው።
