አቶ ሔኖክ የንብ ባንክ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ሆነው እንዲያገለግሉ ከቦርዱ የቀረበላቸውን ጥያቄ በመቀበላቸው፣ የንብ ባንክ ዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ሹመቱ እንዲፀድቅለት ለኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ማመልከቱ ታውቋል፡፡

ንብ ባንክ ከስድስት ወራት በፊት አቶ ሔኖክን ለዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚነት ዕጩ አድርጎ አቅርቦ የነበረ ቢሆንም፣ በወቅቱ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ሹመቱን እንዳላፀደቀው ይታወሳል፡፡

ብሔራዊ ባንክ ሹመታቸውን ያላፀደቀው ከአማራ ባንክ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚነታቸው እንዲነሱ የተደረጉበት ምክንያት ሊጣራ ይገባል ተብሎ እንደነበር የተገኘው መረጃ ያመለክታል፡፡ ሆኖም አቶ ሔኖክ ከአማራ ባንክ የለቀቁበት ምክንያት አግባብ እንዳልነበር ከሥራ ሲሰናበቱ በአማራ ባንክ ቦርድ የተጻፈባቸው ደብዳቤ እሳቸውን የማይገልጽ መሆኑን በማመልከት ለብሔራዊ ባንክ ባቀረቡ አቤቱታ መሠረት፣ በአማራ ባንክ የተጻፈባቸውን ደብዳቤ መሠረት ያደረገው ዕግድ በብሔራዊ ባንክ ተነስቶላቸዋል፡፡ ይህንንም ተከትሎ ንብ ባንክ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ አድርጎ መርጧቸዋል፡፡

ብሔራዊ ባንክም ከዚህ ቀደም ጥሎባቸው የነበረውን ዕገዳ በማንሳቱ እንደገና በዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚነት እንዲያገለግሉ የቀረበውን ጥያቄ ያፀድቃል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡

የቀድሞዋ የንብ ባንክ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ እመቤት መለሰ (ዶ/ር) ከኃላፊነታቸው ከለቀቁ በኋላ፣ ባንኩ አቶ በላይ ጎርፉን በተጠባባቂ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚነት መመደቡ ይታወሳል፡፡

የንብ ባንክ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ይሆናሉ ተብለው የሚጠበቁት አቶ ሔኖክ በባንክ ኢንዱስትሪ ውስጥ ከ20 ዓመታት በላይ ልምድ ያላቸው ናቸው፡፡ በትምህርት ዝግጅታቸውም ከእንግሊዝ ግሪንዊች ዩኒቨርሲቲ በበዓለም አቀፍ ቢዝነስ የኤምቢኤ ዲግሪ ያላቸው ሲሆን፣ ከአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲም በማኔጅመንት የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ አላቸው፡፡

በሥራው ዓለምም በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በተለያዩ ኃላፊነቶች ከስድስት ዓመታት በላይ የሠሩ ሲሆን፣ የባንኩ የብራንች ኦፊሰር ሆነው አገልግለዋል፡፡ በተለይም ለሰባት ዓመታት የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ዲስትሪክት ማኔጀር በመሆንም ሠርተዋል፡፡ ከኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ከለቀቁ በኋላ ዳሸን ባንክን በመቀላቀል ከስድስት ዓመታት በላይ የባንኩ ቺፍ ባንኪንግ ኦፊሰር (ምክትል ፕሬዚዳንት) በመሆን ሠርተዋል፡፡ ከዳሸን ባንክ የለቀቁት የአማራ ባንክ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ሆነው እንዲያገለግሉ የቀረበላቸውን ጥያቄ ተቀብለው ነበር፡፡

የአማራ ባንክ የመጀመሪያው ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ በመሆንም ለሁለት ዓመታት ካገለገሉ በኋላ፣ ከአማራ ባንክ ቦርድ ጋር በተፈጠረ አለመግባባት ኃላፊነታቸውን መልቀቃቸው አይዘነጋም፡፡ የንብ ባንክ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ሆነው እስከታጩበት ጊዜ ድረስም በአንድ የፋይናንስ ተቋም ውስጥ በከፍተኛ አማካሪነት እያገለገሉ ነበር፡፡

መንግስት የኢትዮ ቴሌኮምን 10 በመቶ ድርሻ ወደ ገበያ ማውጣቱ ይታወቃል። ይህን ተከትሎ ባንኮች ከአክስዮን ግዢ ጋር በተገናኘ በቀላሉ ገንዘብ እየለቀቁ እንዳልሆነ ተሰምቷል። የሞባይል ገንዘብ ግብይት ገደብ የተነሳውም ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ለገበያ ያቀረበውን የአክሲዮን ሽያጭ ሂደቱን እስኪያጠናቅቅ ድረስ ነው።

አዋሽ ኢንሹራንስ በሰፊ ልዩነት ገበያውን በአንደኝነት መምራት መቻሉን ገለፀ!!

አዋሽ ኢንሹራንስ በ2ዐ16 በጀት ዓመት ከ3.1 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ አጠቃላይ የአረቦን ገቢ አሰባስቦ ከግል ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያዎች የላቀ በመሆን የገበያውን መሪነት መያዙን ካፒታል ዘግቧል።

ኩባንያው በበጀት ዓመቱ ማጠቃለያ በጀነራል ኢንሹራንስ ከ2.6 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ገቢ አግኝቷል ተብሏል።

በዚህም ከ17ቱ የግል ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያዎች በሰፊ ልዩነት ገበያውን በአንደኝነት እየመራ እንደሚገኝ ገልጿል።

በሕይወት ኢንሹራንስ ዘርፍ የ443.7 ሚሊዮን ብር አረቦን ገቢ አሰባስቦ በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ካሉት 18ቱ ኩባንያዎች ቀዳሚ ሆኗል ተብሏል።

በ2016 ዓ.ም ብቻ በተለያዩ ኩባንያዎች ከ387.9 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ ተጨማሪ ኢንቨስትመንት በማድረግ በድምሩ የ1.25 ቢሊዮን ብር የአክሲዮን ባለድርሻ መሆን ችሏል።

2017 ከገባ እስካሁን አጠቃላይ ሀብቱ ከ7.7 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ በማድረስ የተከፈለ ካፒታሉ ከ1.9 ቢሊዮን ብር መሻገሩን ተገልጿል።

በባለፈው በሰኔ ወር ብሄራዊ ባንክ የውጭ ባንኮች "በጥሩ ሁኔታ የተቋቋመ፣ ታዋቂ እና በፋይናንሺያል ጤናማ የሆነ የውጭ ባንክ" ንዑስ ድርጅት/ቅርንጫፍ፣ ተወካይ ቢሮ ለመመስረት ወይም በአገር ውስጥ ባንኮች ውስጥ አክሲዮኖችን በመግዛት የሚሰማሩበትን ረቂቅ ማፅደቁ ይታወሳል።

የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ገዥ ማሞ ምህረቱ "ሕጉ በህዳር ወር መጨረሻ አካባቢ በሀገሪቱ ፓርላማ እንደሚፀድቅ" መናገራቸው ይታወሳል።
ማሞ የሞሮኮ፣ የኬንያ እና በተባበሩት አረብ ኤሚሬቶች ባንኮች ፍላጎት እንዳላቸው በወቅቱ መጠቆማቸው ይታወሳል።

Ahadu Bank to discuss mergers at upcoming general assembly

Ahadu Bank would be the first to bring up the merger and acquisition topic at the general assembly, which is scheduled for next week. According to the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE), the merger case would be resolved by legislation.
