ميراث حديث شيعه: عصر امامان باقر و صادق (ع)، دکتر حسن انصاری

جلسه هفتم: در این جلسه از این موضوعات بحث شد: ۱) نزاع دو سنت شفاهی و کتبی در تدوین حدیث و فقه در اسلام. ۲) قدرت فقهی چگونه به عنوان قدرتی مدنی در برابر نهاد قدرت سیاسی در اسلام شکل گرفت و تأثيرش در روند تدوین فقه و حدیث چه بود؟ ۳) بحث حجیت در سده دوم در چه بافتار سیاسی و دینی شکل گرفت و مقایسه ای میان نظریه امامیه در این زمینه و اهل سنت. ۴) بحث از فقه واقفه و مقايسه آن با فقه اماميه قطعيه. ۵) اصحاب اجماع در اماميه و مرجعيت فقهی آنان. ۶) دنباله بحث از انواع ادبی تدوین حدیث و فقه در مذهب مالکی و مقایسه آن با مکتب امامی. جلسه هشتم: در اين جلسه علاوه بر ادامه بحث از مقايسه ادبيات فقه و حديث مالکی و امامی در سده های دوم و سوم قمری اين موضوعات مورد بحث قرار گرفت: ۱) اصول اربعمائه چگونه دفاتری بودند؟ ۲) کتاب الکافی چگونه نوشته شد و دو روايت رازی و بغدادی آن چيست و منابع مکتوب و شفاهی کتاب کافی را چگونه می توانيم شناسایی کنيم؟ ۳) توضيحی مفصل در رابطه با سهم قم در مقايسه با کوفه در تأليف کتاب های حديثی و تهذيب و بررسی و مستند سازی روايات مختلف متون کهن حديث. ۴) بحث درباره اوضاع سياسی و اجتماعی و مذهبی قم در دو سده دوم و سوم قمری و سهم خاندان اشعری در آن.
