Companies today are doing something that has never been done. Companies have become more influential governments. There are no geographical boundaries in digital, and as long as there are consumers the big companies will enter every possible market. Collaboration is nice but why we are really doing it? I heard a ted talk about the difference between getting attention and giving attention. It makes me think about the way we work, about the fact that product & designers need to know how to code (on a basic level). how designers & developers need to know how to write specifications like the product. the developers & the product need to know how to design and create beautiful wireframes.

Each year we're getting closer as teams. I think I wrote it here in the past in the near future we will be full-stack products/designers/developers. We will create new rolls. it's better for the product but even better for our creativity. I hope you'll get inspired by this ted talk as I was.
