Here are the rough notes I took:
1st Hour
• Not only do you have to face death, but you have to face death and hell before you can get to paradise.
• Beauty is daunting.
• People are afraid of buying art because their taste is on display.
• There are two kinds of people, thing people and person people.
• We are systems of existence.
• Invite in the judgement, so you can die a little bit instead of dying completely.
• We can let our ideas die instead of us.
• Elvis became the famous Elvis impersonator when he died.
• When your influence increases that becomes a lot of responsibility.
• The story of Christ is the raddical acceptance of the worst possible tragedy.
• The angel of death sits on every word.
• What's the connection between death and hell?
You're more likely to die terribly if you live in a manner that brings you to hell.
• When the aristocracy catches a cold, the working class dies of pneumonia.
• If the dragon that you're facing turns you into a terrified tyrant, you're not the man for the job.
• Work is labouring to prevernt the catastrophe's of the future, work is a sacrifice, sacrifice of the present for the future, It is the delay of gratification, it's maturity.
• You become what you practice.
2nd Hour
• What's the most real of what matters?
Pain, cause you can't argue it away. So it's the most fundamental reality.
• Is there anything more fundamental than pain?
Yes, love and truth. Cause when you're in pain they're all you got.
• You do want some shallow interactions most of the time despite you wanting deeper interactions.
• You gotta open up to being bothered by people.
3rd Hour
• You have to be properly selfish to make a relationship sustainable.
• The definition of a reader, "I have lots of great dead friends"
• Voluntarily Suffer.
Voluntary exposure to that which freezes and terrifies you in measured proportions is curative.
• Scale back the dragon till you find one that's conquerable that moves you forward and that will give you a little bit of goal.
• Take on some responsibility, do something for other people. Find something to serve.
Cause you are a community across time.
• You can be the boss of your job.
• How to fix things with partners?
Please dear have the grace to allow me to do this stupidly and badly while I learn to do this at least 20 times and I'll give you the same leeway and we'll practice stupidly atleast 20 times and we'll talk about it and then maybe we'll get it right for the next 10,000 times.
• If I offered everything to a partner who would I be?
• How to get a date?
Patterns of being. Can you align yourself with the patters of being gracefully then can you do that with her? And then can you do that in a playful and attentive manner and can you keep your hands to yourself?
• The harder you work on offering other people what they need and want, the more people will line up to play with you.
• I know you're full of snakes, but let's play.
• Paranoia is 100% focusing on any subtle deceit or manipulation.
• The more you act out that it's good, the better it gets.
• The highest value is love and truth is it's handmaiden.
• How do I find out that a person is the one for me?
By binding myself to them.
• Truth can break the shackles of naivity.
Ending Quote by Nietzsche
• "You must have chaos within you to give birth to a dancing star."

Notes I took from Life lessons for teens by Ali Abdaal.
1. Think about the game you're playing and think about other victory conditions of that game.
2. Pay attention to your posture.
Before you regret your illnesses later on.
3. Take more photos than you think you should.
Some parts of your life won't come back again and you'll be happy you have memories of it.
4. Be more of a documentarian.
When you read a book or listen on a podcast write some notes.
5. Try and be a connector that connects different groups of friends.
6. Go to Events, clubs and societies.
You'll meet gems of people.
7. Don't be mean to people.
8. Buy Bitcoin and never sell it.
9. Nothing good ever happens after 2AM/8PM Local Time.
10. Do a little bit of work and studying everyday.
It compounds to something bigger and easier to remember.
11. Seek forgiveness rather than permission.
Just do it!
12. Stop worrying about what other people are thinking bout you.
Everyone's got their own anxieties to not think bout you.
13. It's okay to fall behind.
Most people are pretending they're not. But use all available time we'll.
14. Try and develop passive incomes.
15. Enjoy the journey and don't get lost in the destination.
Smell the roses along the journey.
16. Share your work, life lessons and yourself with your friends without any expectations back.
17. Don't worry about the things you can't control and focus on what you can.
God granted me the strength to accept that which I cannot control, the courage to change what I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

I spent this afternoon studying the basics of Sin. I wanted to know what Sinning was, what it's consequences were, what God felt about it, what it brings to my life, what good it prevented but most of all how I could heal from it, how I can stop doing it, how I can avoid it and so much more. 🤔
At the end of studying about Sin, it understood Sin and what God did on the Cross on a very different level. I understood the freedom given to me, the burden raised from me and the love shown to us. ❤️

Spent the afternoon studying James Chapter 3 and my oh my! 😳
I learnt so much Beyesusim!! 🤯 I'll share my notes for anyone interested. I HIGHLY recommend you to read the book. It's like every single time I read it I find so many flaws in me and so many things I should be doing differently.
