Sinking Ship Syndrome:
When you're depressed, and you mention it to friends, sinking ship syndrome happens when they sort of start avoiding you, quit calling etc.
******
Cause even rats get off a sinking ship.

Do you think you're sitting still right now?
- You're on a planet orbiting a star at 30km/s
- That star is orbiting the center of a galaxy at 250km/s
- That galaxy is moving trough the universe at 600km/s.
Since you started reading this, you have traveled about 3000km.

Schwarzschild Radius
It is the radius below which the gravitational attraction between the particles of a body must cause it to undergo irreversible gravitational collapse.
It's is the minimum distance between particles of a dense mass to cause the formation of a black hole.
Basically anything, including light, inside this radius will be sucked in by the blackhole and can never leave.
So for example, For a mass of 70 kg (the average human size), the average person would have to be compressed down to 1.04x10^-23 centimeters or smaller than a neutrino, which is 2 million times smaller than an electron to from a blackhole. The person (if that's what it'll still be called) will have a gravitational attraction of greater than 1g only for objects closer than 0.02 millimeters.
Science aside, I feel like most things have Schwarzschild Radius, a moment of action that once you do it you can't ever control yourself to stop doing it.

Sagittarius A*
Astronomers have unveiled the first image of the supermassive black hole at the center of our own Milky Way galaxy.
The image was produced by a global research team called the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) Collaboration, using observations from a worldwide network of radio telescopes.
For Scale
The object is a staggering 4 million times the mass of our Sun. And the ring is roughly the size of Mercury's orbit around our star. That's about 60 million km across.
Fortunately, this monster is a long, long way away, some 26,000 light-years in the distance.
