✔Have it at the back of their mind that grammar and spelling mistakes are the most common mistakes jobseekers make while writing their CV.
✔They are easily spotted and can do alot of damage to well prepared CV.
✔They further give impression of how thorough one is.
So this is what we do:
1. We proofread the CV for grammatical, punctuation and spelling mistakes with the mindset of
✔an interviewer,
✔a third party and then
✔a job applicant in that order.
2. We give to someone in the team to proofread.
3. Give it sometime after doing 1 and 2 above, then we repeat the process again.
