TODAY ON CAREER DEVELOPMENT & PROFESSIONAL TRAINING:

Developing your career is an entrepreneurial process. Like other entrepreneurial pursuits. First, you need to discover yourself, who you are, who you want to be, and how to achieve your career goals.

For people pursuing career development and professional certifications, let me strongly state that you should consider courses and trainings that align with your career ambitions and goals.

I see many graduates taking courses, mostly the ones that are not relevant or beneficial to their career goals. You're an Accountant but you enrolled in an HSE training 😂..this is unreasonable and can damage one's career on the long run.

Seek advise before taking any course and know exactly what you want. Asking the right questions will help you choose the right course or professional trainings to register for.
