LHR has organized a one and half days specialized training on Equality and Non-discrimination in Ethiopia for practising lawyers at Azzeman Hotel. This training is intended to build the capacity f lawyers in this area with a view to encourage lawyers to take cases of equality to courts and other adjudication bodies.

Day-2
On the second day, participants resume the discussion they had on the previous day on conceptual equality, International and regional instruments on equality and non-discrimination. Today the participants are having an in-depth discussion on the right to equality under the Ethiopian Federal and State constitution, Practical cases on equality brought to the House of Federation and Courts and the way forward.
