በመሆኑም ክስ ከቀረበበት ባንክ ዉጪ በሌሎች ባንኮች ከወጪ ማዛዣ ክፍያ ጋር በተያያዘ ልምድ ባላቸዉ የባንክ ባለሙያዎች እንዲታይ በማድረግ ባንኩ ተገቢውን ጥንቃቄ በማድረግ ግዴታዉን የተወጣ መሆን አለመሆኑ ማረጋገጥ ይገባል፡፡ የባለሂሳቡ ባንክ ደብተር ቀርቦ ሂሳቡ ተቀንሶ የተጻፈ መሆን አለመሆኑ ሆነ የባለሂሳቡ መታወቂያ በማየት ባንኩ ያረጋገጠ መሆን አለመሆኑ ደግሞ በሰው ማስረጃ ሆኖ የባንክ ሂሳብ ደብተሩ ካለ በማስቀረብ መረጋገጥ ይኖርበታል።
