• Previous 3 years of experience working with youth, women and vulnerable children and adolescents- preferable in refugee settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with empathy and respect
• Good communication skills and ability to conduct training on Youth empowerment and legal aid support and related issues.
• Demonstrated understanding of gender, protection, and human rights

Education (include certificates, licenses etc.):
Minimum university degree in Psychology, Law, sociology, social work and related fields.
Preferred: previous experience on youth empowerment and legal aid supports.

Languages: (indicate fluency level)
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Amharic and English;
Proficiency in local languages, such as Anuak or Murle will be an advantage

፪. በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (1) የተጠቀሰው ቢኖርም፤ ጋብቻ በተጋቢዎቹ ሃይማኖት ወይም ባህል መሠረት ሊፈፀም ይችላል፡፡

ጋብቻ በክብር መዝገብ ሹም ፊት ተፈፀመ የሚባለው አንድ ወንድ እና አንዲት ሴት ጋብቻ ለመፈፀም ተስማምተው በክብር መዝገብ ሹም ፊት በመቅረብ ፈቃዳቸውን ሲገልጹና የክብር መዝገብ ሹሙም ይህንኑ ፈቃዳቸውን ሲቀበል ነው፡፡

ጋብቻ በሃይማኖት ሥርዐት መሠረት ተፈጸመ የሚባለው፤ አንድ ወንድና አንዲት ሴት በሃይማኖታቸው ወይም ከሁለቱ በአንዳቸው ሃይማኖት መሠረት የሚፀና ጋብቻ ለማቋቋም የሚያስፈልገውን ሥርዓት ሲፈጽሙ ነው፡፡

ጋብቻ በባህል ሥርዓት መሠረት ተፈፀመ የሚባለው፤ አንድ ወንድ እና አንዲት ሴት በሚኖሩበት አካባቢ ባህል ወይም በሁለቱ ተጋቢዎች ወይም ከሁለቱ ተጋቢዎች በአንዳቸው ባህል መሠረት የሚፀና ጋብቻ ለማቋቋም የሚያስፈልገውን ሥርዓት ሲፈጽሙ ነው፡፡

በተፈፀመበት አገር የጋብቻ አፈፃፀም ሕግ መሠረት ከኢትዮጵያ ውጭ የተፈፀመ ጋብቻ የሕዝብን ሞራል እስካልተቃረነ ድረስ በዚህ ሕግ ተቀባይነት ይኖረዋል፡፡

የህገ መንግስቱን አንቀፅ 34(4) እና የቤተሰብ ህጉን አንቀፅ 4 በጣምራ ሲታይ ጌብቻን በባህና በተጋቢዎቹ ሃይማኖት መፈፀም እንደሚቻል እንረዳለን።ይህ በአፈፃፀሙ ላይ ብቻ ያተኮረው የህግ አግባብ ከጅምሩ የህጉ አላማ አንድ ህግ የማ/ሰብን ማንነትና ሞራል ባህልና ስርአት መጣስ የለበትም የሚለውን መርህ ለማክበር የተደረገ ነው።ነገር ግን የጋብቻ አፈፃፀሙ ላይ ብቻ ያነጣጠረ ነው።በሃይማኖትና በባህል ስርአት ጋብቻን መፈፀም እንድቻል ከፈቀደ በኋላ በቤተሰብ ህጉ ደግሞ ጋብቻ በየትኛውም መንገድ ይፈፀም ውጤቱ ግን አንድ አይነት ነው ማፍረስ የሚቻለውም በፍ/ቤት ብቻ ነው ይላል።ይህ ህጉ ከተነሳበት አላማ አንፃር አሳክቷል ወይ ነው ጥያቄው????ደግሞስ እርሱ ራሱ ህጉ ያልሰራውን በምን መልኩ ነው በህግ ብቻ ነው መፍረስ ያለበት የሚለው????

ተጋቢዎቹ በሃይማኖታቸው ሲጋቡ ራሱን የቻለ ስርአት አለው።የተጋቢዎቹ ግዴታ፣የጋብቻ መፍረስ ውጤትና ሌሎች ጉዳዮችንም በተመለከተ ሃይማኖቱ የሚያዘው ስርአት አለ።እንደ ሃይማኖት ደግሞ የፍ/ቤት ጣልቃ ገብነት ሳያስፈልግ በዚያው ስርአት ፍቻቸውንና የፍችውን ውጤት መጨረስ ሲችሉ ስለምን ህጉ በግዴታ ወደራሱ መሳብ ፈለገ????ይሄስ ቀድሞ እውቅና የሰጠበትን የጋብቻ ስርአትና አማኙን በውጤቱ ላይ ማጋጨት አይሆንም ወይ????

በእርግጥ ዛሬ ላይ ይሄን ጥያቄ ለመመለስ እይደ ሸሪአ ፍ/ቤት አይነት ተቋቁሟል።ግን ይሄም ነፃና ገለልተኝነቱ አጠያያቂ ነው።

ሌላው የቤተሰብ ህጉ አንቀፅ 5 ላይ ከኢ/ያ ውጭ የሚደረግን ጋብቻ ይፈቅድና ግን የህዝብን ሞራልየሚጥስ ከሆን እውቅና አልሰጥም ይላል።ይሄ ደግሞ በግልፅ ከተቀመጠው በዚሁ ህግ አንቀፅ 4 ጋር የሚጣረስ ነው።ከተጋቢዎቹ በአንዱ ባህል መሰረት እንደሚቻል ይገልፅና መልሶ ከሞራሊቲጋ ለክቶ ይቃወማል።በዚህ ጊዜ ከተጋቢዎቹ ነፃ ፍቃድ ውጭ ሆኖ የግለሰቦችን መብት ጥሶ የቡድን መብትን ያስቀድማል።ደግሞም የኢ/ያን ባህልና ሞራሊቲ አግዝፎ የሌሎችን አገር ሞራሊቲና ባህል ትቶታል።ሃሳብ ስጡበት!!!!
