The Corporate Lawyer is responsible and accountable for ensuring that the 54 FMCG Group 

Companies’ business strategies, policies, and programs are developed and applied in full

The principal duties and responsibilities of the Corporate Lawyer (Group Legal Advisor) are:

በሥራ ላይ ያለው የኢትዮጵያ ሕግ አሁን ካለንበት የሕብረተሰብ የእድገት ደረጃ፤ በዋነኛነትም ከሕገመንግሥቱ ጋር እንዲጣጣም ማድረግ በማስፈለጉና በተለይም ጋብቻ በተጋቢዎች ነፃና ሙሉ ፈቃድ ላይ ብቻ መመሥረት ያለበት መሆኑንና በጋብቻ አፈፃፀም፣ በጋብቻ ዘመንና በፍቺ ጊዜ የተጋቢዎችን የእኩልነት መብት የሚያስጠብቅ ሕግ ማውጣት አስፈላጊ መሆኑን በመገንዘብ፤

የልጆችን ደህንነት፣ አስተዳደግና አጠባበቅን አስመልክቶ ሕገ መንግሥቱና ኢትዮጵያ ያፀደቀቻቸው ዓለም አቀፍ ስምምነቶች በሚጠይቁት መሠረት የሕፃናትን ደህንነት ቀደምትነት በሚሰጥ መልኩ ሕጉን አሻሽሎ መቅረጽ በማስፈለጉ፤

በቤተሰብ ውስጥ የሚነሱ ክርክሮችን ፍትሐዊ በሆነና በተቀላጠፈ ሁኔታ ብቃት ባለው አካል እንዲዳኙ ማድረግ አስፈላጊ ሆኖ በመገኘቱ፤

፩. ጋብቻ በአንድ የክብር መዝገብ ሹም ፊት ሊፈጸም ይችላል፡፡

፪. በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (1) የተጠቀሰው ቢኖርም፤ ጋብቻ በተጋቢዎቹ ሃይማኖት ወይም ባህል መሠረት ሊፈፀም ይችላል፡፡

ጋብቻ በክብር መዝገብ ሹም ፊት ተፈፀመ የሚባለው አንድ ወንድ እና አንዲት ሴት ጋብቻ ለመፈፀም ተስማምተው በክብር መዝገብ ሹም ፊት በመቅረብ ፈቃዳቸውን ሲገልጹና የክብር መዝገብ ሹሙም ይህንኑ ፈቃዳቸውን ሲቀበል ነው፡፡

ጋብቻ በሃይማኖት ሥርዐት መሠረት ተፈጸመ የሚባለው፤ አንድ ወንድና አንዲት ሴት በሃይማኖታቸው ወይም ከሁለቱ በአንዳቸው ሃይማኖት መሠረት የሚፀና ጋብቻ ለማቋቋም የሚያስፈልገውን ሥርዓት ሲፈጽሙ ነው፡፡

ጋብቻ በባህል ሥርዓት መሠረት ተፈፀመ የሚባለው፤ አንድ ወንድ እና አንዲት ሴት በሚኖሩበት አካባቢ ባህል ወይም በሁለቱ ተጋቢዎች ወይም ከሁለቱ ተጋቢዎች በአንዳቸው ባህል መሠረት የሚፀና ጋብቻ ለማቋቋም የሚያስፈልገውን ሥርዓት ሲፈጽሙ ነው፡፡

''First, we use others as a mere if what we do reflects some maxim to which they could not in principle consent. It means that there is nothing wrong about using someone as a means. However, we may fail in our duty ,even when we do not use anyone as a mere means,if we fail to treat others as ends in themselves''.

" ይሄ ውጤት እንደሚመጣ መጀመሪያም አውቀን ነበር የጠበቅነውም ነው ያሉ ሲሆን ውጤቱ ሲመጣ ግን ከጠበቅነውም በላይ ብዙ ተማሪ የወደቀበት ሆኖ አግኝተነዋል ብለዋል ለዚህ ውጤት መምጣት የመጀመሪያ ተጠያቂዎች ራሳችንን እያደረግን ሲሆን ከእኛ በመቀጠል ግን ሀላፊነት መውሰድ ያለበት የህግ ትምህርት ቤት መሆኑ ግን ሁሉም ሊገነዘብ ይገባል ብለዋል"
