Job Description:

Our company has engaged in export Pulses, Oilseeds, Spices, Cotton and Coffee from biggest farms of Ethiopia, import vehicles, construction heavy machinery, branded tires, spare parts, quality construction reinforcement bars, plastics products and raw materials for factories, Agriculture, Transportation and transit services. Now, our company wants to employ well qualified and experienced Personnel who can fulfill the following responsibilities and experience.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor legal risk in the documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.

Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for natural and juristic persons.

Conduct legal research and gather evidence.

Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.

Explain the law and give legal advice.

Offer legal representation at arbitration or mediation hearings.

Draft, review and manage wills, trusts, estates, contracts and deeds.

Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.

Offer legal representation to clients in court proceedings on civil or criminal matters.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Education & Experience

BA Degree or 2nd Degree in Law 

For BA 6 years and above and for 2nd Degree 4 years and above

Excellent computer Skill

Good Behavior and Excellent Communication Skill

Skills

A natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.

የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ሰበር ሰሚ ችሎት በመዝገብ ቁጥር 173079 ከፍርድ በፊት የሚንቀሳቀስም ሆነ የማይንቀሳቀስ ንብረትን አስመልክቶ የሚሰጥ የእግድ ወይም ንብረት የማስከበር ትዕዛዝ የመያዣ መብትን የማያቋቁም በመሆኑ የቅድሚያ መብትን ሊፈጥር እንደማይችል አስገዳጅ የህግ ትርጉም ሰጥቷል፡፡
