እነዚህ ድንጌጋዎች ህግ አውጭው ተዋዋይ ወገኖች ምን ማድረግ እንዳለባቸው ትእዛዝ የሚሰጥባቸው ብቻ ሣይሆኑ ህግ አውጭው በድንጋጌዎቹ የሰጠውን ጥብቅ ትእዛዝ አለመፈፀም ወይም አለማሟላት ውሉን ህጋዊ ህልውና እንዳይኖረው የሚያደርግ ውጤት አልባ (Void) ወይም ውሉ እንከን ያለበትና ፈራሽ (voidable) እንዲሆን የማድረግ ሀይልና ጉልበት ያላቸው ናቸው፡፡ ስለሆነም ተዋዋይ ወገኖች ውላቸው በህግ ፊት የፀና እንዲሆን ከፈለጉ አስገዳጅ የሆኑ የውል ህግ ድንጋጌዎችን መከተልና ማሟላት አለባቸው፡፡
