የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ሰበር ሰሚ ችሎት ውሳኔዎች ቅጽ 24 የዝግጅት ምእራፉን አጠናቆ ለፍርድ ቤት ማህበረሰብ፣ ለህግ ባለሙያዎች፤ ለህግ ት/ት ተማሪዎችና መምህራን እና ሌሎች ባለድርሽ አካላት ተደራሽ ተደርጓል፡፡

በፌደራል ጠቅላይ ፍ/ቤት ሰበር ሰሚ ችሎት አስገዳጅ የህግ ትርጉም የተሰጠባቸው የሰበር ውሳኔዎች ተደራሽነት ለማስፋት በፍርድ ቤቱ የጥናትና የህግ ድጋፍ ዳይሬክቶሬት በኩል የተዘጋጀ ሲሆን ቅጹ 80 ውሳኔዎችን ይዟል፡፡ ከነዚህም መካከል 22 ውሳኔዎች የፍትሐብሔር ሥነ-ሥርዓት ሕግን፤ 5 ውሳኔዎች የቤተሰብ ጉዳይን፤ 3 ውሳኔዎች የአሠሪና ሰራተኛን፤ 12 ውሳኔዎች ንብረትን ፤ 6 ውሳኔዎች ንግድና ኢንሹራንስን፤ 3 ውሳኔዎች ውልን፤ 2 ውሳኔዎች ከውል ውጪ ኃላፊነትን፤ 2 ውሳኔዎች ግብርን፤ 16 ውሳኔዎች የወንጀል ሕግን፤ 5 ውሳኔዎች የወንጀል ሥነ-ሥርዓት ሕግን እና 4 ልዩ ልዩ ጉዳዮችን የተመለከቱ ውሳኔዎች ናቸው፡፡

ቀደም ሲል ፍርድ ቤቱ አዘጋጅቶ ይፋ ያደረጋቸውን የሰበር ውሳኔዎች ቅጾች በህትመትና በበይነ መረብ እያሰራጨ ቢሆንም ያልተገባ ጥቅም ለማግኘት የጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤቱን የቅጂ (የሞራል) መብት ባላከበረ መልኩ በተለያዩ መንገዶች ቅጾቹ እየተዘጋጁና እየተሰራጩ መሆኑን ፍርድ ቤቱ ተረድቷል፡፡ ይህ ተግባር ለውሳኔዎቹ (ለቅጾቹ) ተደራሽነት መጨመር የሚያበረክቱት አስተዋጽኦ ትልቅ እንደሆነ ቢታመንም የተሳሳተና ፍ/ቤቱ ማያውቃቸው ውሳኔዎች ሊካተቱበት ስለሚችሉ ጥንቃቄ የሚያስፈልገው መሆኑን አዘጋጅ ክፍሉ አሳስቧል፡፡

የሰበር ውሳኔ ቅጽ 24 ጂታል ቅጂ ከዚህ መልዕክት ጋር አባሪ ተደርጓል፡፡
