አዲስ አበባ፣ መስከረም 12፣ 2013 (ኤፍ ቢ ሲ) በኢትዮጵያ የመጀመሪያውን የሕግ መዝገበ ቃላት ለማዘጋጀት የሚያስችል የሶስትዮሽ ስምምነት በዛሬው እለት ተፈርሟል።

በኢትዮጵያ የሕግ መዝገበ ቃላት ወደ ስራ ለማስገባት የሚያስችለውን ፕሮጀክት የፌደራል የፍትህና የሕግ ምርምር እና ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት፤ የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ እና ጀስቲስ ፎር ኦል ፒኤፍ በጋራ በመሆን ለማዘጋጀት የመግባቢያ ስምምነት ተፈራርመዋል።

በኢትዮጵያ እስካሁን የሕግ መዝገበ ቃላት እንዳልነበረ የገለፀ ሲሆን ይህም ሁሉም ህብረተሰብ በህግ ጉዳይ ላይ እኩል አረዳድ እንዳይኖር አርጓል።

የሚዘጋጀው መዝገበ ቃላት በህግ ስርአቱ ላይ ትልቅ ለውጥ እንደሚፈጥር የፌደራል የፍትህና የሕግ ምርምር እና ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት ዳይሬክተር አምባሳደር ደግፌ ቡላ ገልጸዋል።

በመዝገበ ቃላቱ ላይ 4 ሺህ 500 ያህል ቃላትን ለመተርጎም የታቀደ ሲሆን ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በአማርኛ የሚዘጋጅ ሆኖ በቀጣይ ደግሞ በክልል ቋንቋዎችም እንደሚዘጋጅ ተገልጿል።

ሁለቱ ግለሰቦች በቡና ኢንተርናሽናል ባንክ መቐለ ሞሚና ቅርንጫፍ በታተመ እና እናት ባንክ አዲሃቂ ቅርጫፍ በታተመ ማሸጊያ የተጠቀለለ ከ180 ሺህ ብር በላይ ሃሰተኛ ገንዘብ ወደ ንብ ባንክ ወስደው ሊቀይሩ ሲሉ ነው በቁጥጥር ስር የዋሉት።
ግለሰቦቹ የያዙትን ሃሰተኛ ብር ንብ ባንክ ካዛንቺስ ቅርጫፍ ካሉ ሰራተኞች ጋር 40 ከመቶ ለባንክ 60 ከመቶ ለራሳቸው ለማዋል ስምምነት አድርገው ከመኪናቸው አወጥተው ብሩን ሊመነዝሩ ሲሉ በባንኩ ጥቆማ መሰረት በተደረገ በክትትል በቁጥጥር ስር መዋላቸውም ተገልጿል።
የፌደራል ፖሊስ ኮሚሽን የፋይንስና ንግድ ነክ ወንጀሎች ምርመራ ዳይሬክተር ረዳት ኮሚሽነር ብርሃኑ አበበ ለፋና ብሮድካስቲግ ኮርፖሬት እንደገለጹት፥ ከፌዴራል ፖሊስ ወንጀል መከላከል ዘርፍ ጋር በተደረገ ክትትል ነው በቁጥጥር ስር የዋሉት።
ከዚያም ባለፈ በቱሉ ዲምቱ በሚገኘው መኖሪያ ቤታቸው በተደረገ ፍተሻ ተመሳሳይ መጠን ያለው ሃሰተኛ ብር መያዙን ረዳት ኮሚሸነት ብርሃኑ ተናገረዋል።
