“የሙስና ወንጀሎች አዋጅ ቁጥር 881/2007” አንቀጽ 18 ላይ እንደተመለከተው:-
ማንኛውም የመንግስት ወይም የህዝባዊ ድርጅት ሠራተኛ በኃላፊነቱ ወይም በሥራው ምክንያት በቀረበለት ጉዳይ ላይ ጥቅም ካለው ማንኛውም ሰው በቀጥታ ወይም በተዘዋዋሪ ጥቅም ለማግኘት በጉዳዩ ላይ ጥቅም ያለውን ማንኛንውም ወገን ወይም ለመጥቀም ወይም ለመጉዳት ሲል ከህግ፣ ከስራ ደንብ፣ ከመመርያ ወይም ከተለመደው አሰራር ውጪ ያለበቂ ምክንያት ያልወሰነ፣ ያዘገየ ወይም ባለጉዳይን ያጉላላ እንደሆነ እንደነገሩ ሁኔታ በመቀጮ ወይም በቀላል እስራት ወይም ከአምስት ዓመት በማይበልጥ ፅኑ አስራት እና ከአምስት ሺህ ብር በማይበልጥ መቀጮ ይቀጣል፡፡

Position Summary:
A first-year associate is an entry level attorney. Entry-level and first-year associates perform a variety of tasks under heavy supervision and should be familiar with Ethiopia legal concepts and procedures. The role requires a general understanding of the law and transactional commercial advisory services rendered by the Office. The Junior Associate is required to work in the different practice and industry areas along with the other lawyers in the Office.
Specific Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Conduct extensive legal research on various legal practice areas and industries under the supervision of Senior Associates,
Represent Clients before various government and other entity engagement to undertake client tasks such as company establishment, renewal of licenses and registration, document authentications and other execution of tasks at such entities,
Assist in the preparation of client engagement documents such as proposal, response for proposals (RFPs), and engagement letters.
Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys and support staff;
Engage in any project or work of any practice area and/or industry as assigned by the Office;
Working as part of a team and taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience with the team, and
Attending internal and external meetings.
Job Requirements:
Experience and Qualification
A qualified lawyer with excellent academics credentials with LLB.
0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
General understanding of legal trends, developments and changes and ability to adapt those changes.
Excellent research, drafting, communication and writing skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy and strong time management skills.
Strong relationship management skills.

ፖሊስ ፓስፖርቶችን በህገ-ወጥ መንገድ ሲያዘጋጁ ነበር ያላቸውን 10 የኢሚግሬሽን ሰራተኞች አሰረ፡፡
የኢሚግሬሽን፣ የዜግነት እና ወሳኝ ኩነት ኤጀንሲ ሰራተኞች ናቸው የተባለላቸው አስሩ ሰራተኞች በፖሊስ ቁጥጥር ስር ውለዋል።
የ5 አመት ህጻን አስገድዳ የደፈረችው ወጣት በእስር ተቀጣች
ተጠርጣሪዎቹ ህጋዊውን የፓስፖርት አሰጣጥ ሂደት ወደ ጎን በመተው፣ የፓስፖርት ባለቤቶችን ሙሉ መረጃ በመቀየር እና በአንድ ማእከል መጠናቀቅ የነበረበትን አገልግሎት ወደ ተለያዩ ቅርንጫፎች በማዘዋወር ወንጀሉን በኔትወርክ መፈፀማቸውን በፌዴራል ፖሊስ የሙስና ወንጀሎች ዳይሬክተር ኮማንደር ታደሰ አያሌው ለኢቲቪ ገልፀዋል።
ተጠርጣሪዎቹ ከደላሎች ጋር በፈጠሩት የጥቅም ትስስር በወንጀል የሚፈለጉ ግለሰቦች እና የውጭ ሀገር ዜጎችም ጭምር ፓስፖርት እንዲያገኙ ከማስቻል ባለፈ መንግስት ሊያገኝ ይችል የነበረውን ከ1 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ ገቢ እንዳሳጡም ነው ኮማንደር ታደሰ የተናገሩት።

ተከሳሿ በፈጸመችው የአስገድዶ መድፈር ወንጀል የ33 ወራት እስር ተፈርዶባታል
እንደ ፍትህ ሚኒስቴር መረጃ ከሆነ ተከሳሽ ጌጤ ባልቶሌ ትባላለች፤ የ20 ዓመት ወጣት ናት፡፡ በወንጀል ህጉ አንቀጽ 627/4/ለ ስር የተመለከተዉን ተላልፋ በፈጸመችዉ የአስገድዶ መድፈር ወንጀል ክስ ተመስርቶባት ጉዳዩ በክርክር ላይ ቆይቷል፡፡
ተከሳሽ ከእርሷ ጋር ተቃራኒ ጾታ ካለዉ የ5 ዓመት ህጻን ልጅ ጋር ሐምሌ 20 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ በግምት 10፡00 ሰዓት ሲሆን እንዲሁም ከተጠቀሰዉ ቀን በፊትም በተለያዩ ቀናት በየካ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 14 ልዩ ቦታዉ የካ አባዶ ኮንዶሚኒየም በሚገኘዉ መኖሪያ ቤት ዉስጥ በሞግዚትነት የምታሳድገዉን የ5 ዓመት ህጻን አይኑን በማሰር እና ስሜቱን በማነሳሳት የግብረስጋ ድፍረት ወንጀል መፈጸሟን በማስረጃ በማረጋገጥ ክስ የተመሰረተ ስለመሆኑ የዐቃቤ ህግ የክስ መዝገብ ያስረዳል፡፡
ተከሳሽም ነሐሴ 11 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም በፌደራሉ የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት የካ ምድብ 5ኛ ወንጀል ችሎት ቀርባ የእምነት ክህደት ቃሏን ስትጠየቅ ድርጊቱን ስለመፈጸሟ እንዲሁም ጥፋተኛ ስለመሆኗ በዝርዝር ያመነች በመሆኑ በተከሰሰችበት የወንጀል ድንጋጌ ስር የጥፋተኝነት ፍርድ ተላልፎባታል፡፡
በዚህም መሰረት ጥቅምት 02 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም የዋለው ችሎት ተከሳሽ በ2 ዓመት ከ9 ወራት ጽኑ እስራት እንድትቀጣ ወስኖባታል ተብሏል፡፡
ተከሳሿ በፈጸመችው የአስገድዶ መድፈር ወንጀል የ33 ወራት እስር ተፈርዶባታል
እንደ ፍትህ ሚኒስቴር መረጃ ከሆነ ተከሳሽ ጌጤ ባልቶሌ ትባላለች፤ የ20 ዓመት ወጣት ናት፡፡ በወንጀል ህጉ አንቀጽ 627/4/ለ ስር የተመለከተዉን ተላልፋ በፈጸመችዉ የአስገድዶ መድፈር ወንጀል ክስ ተመስርቶባት ጉዳዩ በክርክር ላይ ቆይቷል፡፡
ተከሳሽ ከእርሷ ጋር ተቃራኒ ጾታ ካለዉ የ5 ዓመት ህጻን ልጅ ጋር ሐምሌ 20 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ በግምት 10፡00 ሰዓት ሲሆን እንዲሁም ከተጠቀሰዉ ቀን በፊትም በተለያዩ ቀናት በየካ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 14 ልዩ ቦታዉ የካ አባዶ ኮንዶሚኒየም በሚገኘዉ መኖሪያ ቤት ዉስጥ በሞግዚትነት የምታሳድገዉን የ5 ዓመት ህጻን አይኑን በማሰር እና ስሜቱን በማነሳሳት የግብረስጋ ድፍረት ወንጀል መፈጸሟን በማስረጃ በማረጋገጥ ክስ የተመሰረተ ስለመሆኑ የዐቃቤ ህግ የክስ መዝገብ ያስረዳል፡፡
