በ፡ - ኑርዬ በያን (የሕግ አማካሪና ጠበቃ)

በአገራችን የግብር አወሳሰን ዘዴዎች ሁለት ናቸው፡፡ እነዚህም በሂሳብ መዝገብ ወይም በግምት መሠረት ናቸው፡፡
ግብር ከፋዩ ለግብር አወሳሰን ያቀረበው የሂሳብ መዝገብ ሰነዶች ከተጣራ /ከተመረመረ/ በኋላ በመዝገቡ መሠረት ሊከፈል የሚገባው ግብር የሚወሰን ሲሆን፤ በሌላ በኩል የታክስ ባለሥልጣኑ ግብር ከፋዩ ሊከፍል የሚገባውን ግብር በግምት ሊወስን ይችላል፡፡

በግምት የሚወሰን ግብር በሦስት አይነት ዘዴዎች የሚከናወን ሲሆን እነዚህም፤
1) የእለት/ቀን/ ገቢን በመገመት የሚወሰን፤
2) በመረጃ መሠረት የሚወሰን እና
3) በቁርጥ የሚወሰን ግብር
ናቸው፡፡

ከእነዚህ የግምት ግብር አወሳሰን ስልቶች መካከል የዚህ ጽሑፍ ዓላማ የቀን ገቢን በመገመት /Estimated Assessment/ በሚወሰን የገቢ ግብርን በተመለከተ የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ግብር ከፋዮች አመካይ የቀን ገቢ ግምት መረጃ ማሰባሰቢያ ማስፈጸሚያ መመሪያ ቁጥር 123/2009 በሕጉና በአፈጻጸም ረገድ የሚታዩ ችግሮችና የመፍትሄ ሃሳብ ለማቅረብ ነው፡፡

Experience and Technical Competencies:

 

University Degree in Law

Minimum 2 years work experience in the legal sector, preferably in a humanitarian context;

Prior Experience working with persons of concern including refugees, internally displaced and/ or returnees;

Experience and familiarity with Ethiopia’s judicial system;

Familiarity with international laws focusing on refugee rights;

Understanding of protection principles and protection minimum standards;

High level of personal initiative, analytical and problem-solving skill;  

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain working relationships across the organization.

Commitment to learning and implementing organizational policies and procedures

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
