Job Description

CLIENT RELATIONS & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a self-driven, dedicated and ethical individual who is passionate about streamlining operations and supporting our clients and team members. The individual in this position will be responsible for achieving a triple bottom line outcome by optimizing internal performance, handling overall external relations while identifying and enabling services and capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to uncover the most qualified candidates

Conduct confidential interviews and present qualified candidates.
Continuously update and detail candidate records in ATS System.

Establish, build, and grow relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries and companies

Maintain your resources by using conventional and creative channels to create new leads
Use networking, social media and all other available methods to develop new leads with prospective clients

Generate leads and set meetings by making cold calls to establish new business

Develop and implement a strategy for identifying potential clients (and candidates)

Use industry knowledge and resourcefulness to overcome any challenges

Negotiate and successfully close contracts with clients

Consult with Management to determine business and new business needs

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Driven to make a positive impact in the lives of others
Degree in Business related fields, Psychology OR Law; Masters Degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business management, project management/coordination environment

Entrepreneurial spirit with drive and desire to succeed.

ይህ ዳይሬክቶሬት በሴቶች እና ህጻናት ላይ ጾታን ወይም እድሜን መሰረት ባደረገ ሁኔታ እነኚህ የህብረተሰብ ክፍሎች ለወንጀል ጥቃት ያላቸውን ተጋላጭነት መነሻ በማድረግ የሚፈጸሙባቸውን ወንጀሎች ለመከታተል በአዲስ መልክ የተቋቋመ ዳይሬክቶሬት ነው፡፡ ቀደም ሲል እነዚህ ወንጀሎች በልዩ ልዩ ወንጀል ጉዳዮች ዳይሬክቶሬት ተከታታይነት በሁሉም ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቶች ይታዩ የነበረ ቢሆኑም በነዚህ ወንጀሎች ላይ የሚከናወኑ የምርመራም ሆነ የክርክር ስራዎችን ከመከታተል፣ ከማስተባበር እና ድጋፍ ከመስጠት አንጻር ክፍተቶች የነበሩ በመሆኑ ምክንያት ይህ ዳይሬክቶሬት እንዲደራጅ ተደርጓል፡፡

በጉዳዮች አያያዝ ረገድ ጾታን ወይም እድሜን መሰረት ያደረገ ተጋላጭነትን መሰረት በማድረግ በህጻናት ላይ የሚፈጸሙ የወንጀል ጉዳዮች ክትትል በማዕከል በዳይክቶሬት ደረጃ እና በቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ደረጃ ተከፋፍለው የሚታዩ ይሆናል፡፡

ይህ ዳይሬክቶሬት በሴቶች እና በህጻናት ላይ የሚፈጸሙ ጾታን ወይም እድሜን መሰረት በማድረግ የሚፈጸሙ ወንጀሎችን በተመለከተ የወንጀል ምርመራ እና ክርክር ሂደትን በበላይነት ከመምራት ባሻገር የሚከተሉትን ተግባራት ያከናውናል፡፡

1. በሴቶች እና ህጻናት ላይ ጾታን ወይም እድሜን መሰረት አድርጎ
የሚፈጸሙ ወንጀሎችን ምርመራ ይመራል፣ በምርመራ መዛግብት ላይ
ህጋዊ ውሳኔ ይሰጣል፣ በፍርድ ቤቶች ክርክር ያደርጋል፣ በቅርንጫፍ
ጽ/ቤቶች የወንጀሎቹ አያያዝ ዙሪያ ክትትል እና ድጋፍ ያደርጋል፣

2. በፍትህ እና እንክብካቤ ማዕከላት የሚሰጡ አገልግሎቶችን
ይከታተላል፣ ዐቃቤ ህግ መመደቡን ይከታተላል፣ የማዕከላቱን የስራ
ሪፖርት ለዘርፉ ኃላፊ እና ለሴቶች፣ ሕፃናት እና ባለ ብዙ ዘርፍ
ዳይሬክቶሬት ያቀርባል፤

3. በሴቶችና ሕፃናት መብት ጉዳዮች የቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቶች እና በፍትህና
እንክብካቤ ማእከላት ተግባራትን ያቀናጃል፣ ቋሚ የግንኙነት ስርዓት
ይዘረጋል፣ተግባራዊ እንዲሆን ያደርጋል፣

4. ለሴቶችና ህጻናት ምርመራ ቡድኖችንና ስነልቦና ባለሞያዎች ድጋፍ
ይሰጣል፣ አፈጻጸማቸውን ይከታተላል፣

5. በህፃናት ላይ የሚፈፀሙና ከሴቶች ጾታዊ ጥቃት ጋር የተያያዙ
ወንጀሎች የመረጃ ስርዓት ያደራጃል፣ ለዕቅድ አፈፃፀምና ሪፖርት
ግብአትነት ጥቅም ላይ መዋሉን ያረጋግጣል፣

6. በህፃናት ላይ የሚፈፀሙና ከሴቶች ጾታዊ ጥቃት ጋር የተያያዙ
ወንጀሎች የመረጃ ስርዓት መሰረት መረጃ ይይዛል፣ ይተነትናል፣

7. በሴቶች እና ህጻናት ላይ የሚፈጸሙ ወንጀሎችን ለመከላከል
የሚያስችል የንቃተ ሕግ ስራ ከንቃተ ህግ ዳይሬክቶሬት እና ከሴቶች፣
ህጻናት እና ባለብዙ ዘርፍ ዳይሬክቶሬት ጋር በመሆን ለህብረተሰቡ

በፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ ህግ ማቋቋሚያ አዋጅ ቁጥር 943/2008 መሰረት ለተቋሙ ከተሰጡት በተጨማሪ በሌሎች ሕጎች ለጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ ሕግ የተሰጡ ተግባርና ኃላፊነቶች:-

1. የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የአስፈጻሚ አካላትን ሥልጣንና ተግባር ለመወሰን በወጣው አዋጅ ቁጥር 1097/2011 መሰረት:-
ሀ. ለሚኒስትሮች የተሰጠውን የወል ሥልጣንና ተግባር ሥራ ላይ
ያውላል፤
ለ. ተጠሪ የተደረጉለትን አስፈፃሚ አካላት በበላይነት ይመራል፣
ያስተባባራል፣ አደረጃጀታቸውን የስራ ፕግራሞቻቻውን እና
በጀታቸውን መርምሮ ለሚመለከተው እንዲቀርብ ያደርጋል፤
ሐ. በፌደራል ፖሊስ ምርመራ ዘርፍ የሚከናወኑ የምርመራ ሥራዎችን
በበላይነት ይመራል፣ ይቆጣጠራል፣ ይከታተላል፣ ያስተባብራል፤
መ. በምርመራ ሥራ ላይ ለተሰማሩ መርማሪዎችና ኃላፊዎችን የሥራ
ስምሪት ይሰጣል፣ ይቆጣጠራል፤ የሥራ ሪፖርት እንዲቀርብለት
ያደርጋል፤

2. የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ሕግ አዋጅ ቁጥር 166/1952 የንግድ ድርጅቶች ኪሣራ ወቅት ጣልቃ መግባት እንዲችል የተሰጠዉን ስልጣን ያከናዉናል፣

3. የተሻሻለው የቤተሰብ ሕግ አዋጅ ቁጥር 213/92 ከባድ ምክንያት ሲያጋጥም ከመደበኛ የጋብቻ እድሜው ከሁለት ዓመት ያልበለጠ በመቀነስ እንዲጋቡ እንዲሁም ጋብቻው በእንደራሴ እንዲፈፀም ፍቃድ ይሰጣል፣ በዕድሜ፣ በሥጋ ወይም በጋብቻ ዝምድና ምክንያት፣ በጋብቻ ላይ ጋብቻ፣ በፍርድ በመከልከል ምክንያት የሚፈፀም ጋብቻ ይከላከላል፣

4. የመገናኛ ብዙሃን እና የመረጃ ነፃነትን ለመደንገግ የወጣ አዋጅ ቁጥር 590/2000 በብሔራዊ ደህንነት ላይ ከፍተኛ ጉዳት የሚያስከትል ሕትመትም ሊሰራጭ መሆኑን ሲደረስበት ለፍ/ቤት ማመልከት ወይም ማገድ፣ በመገናኛ ብዙሃን /mass media/ አማካኝነት የወንጀል ድርጊት በመፈፀም የተጠረጠረ ማንኛውም ሰውን በተመለከተ ተጨማሪ ምርመራ የሚያስፈልገው መሆኑን በመወሰን ለፍ/ቤት እንዲቀርብ የማድረግ ስልጣን፣

5. በምስክሮች እና ጠቋሚዎች ጥበቃ አዋጅ ቁጥር 699/2003 በአዋጅ ቁጥር 699/2003 መሰረት ለወንጀል ምስክሮችና ጠቋሚዎች በህግ መሠረት ጥበቃ ይሰጣል፣ አፈፃፀሙን ይከታተላል፣

6. የይቅርታ አሰጣጥና አፈጻፀም አዋጅ ቁጥር 840/2006 የይቅርታ ጥያቄዎችን መርምሮ ለሀገሪቱ ፕሬዝዳንት የውሳኔ ሀሳብ የሚያቀርበው የይቅርታ እና ምህረት ቦርድ ሰብሳቢ በመሆን ያገለግላል፣ የይቅርታ እና ምህረት ቦርድ ጽ/ቤትን ያደራጃል፣ ለቦርዱ የሚቀርቡ የይቅርታ ማመልከቻዎች ይቀበላል፣ አስፈላጊ የሆኑ መረጃዎችን በማሰባሰብ አጣርቶ ለቦርዱ የውሳኔ ሀሳብ ያቀርባል፣ ውሳኔዎችን ይቅርታ ጠያቂው ለሚገኝበት ማረሚያ ቤት ያሳውቃል፣ የይቅርታ ምስክር ወረቀት ይሰጣል፣ አፈጻፀሙን ይከታተላል፣

7. የኮምፒውተር ወንጀል አዋጅ ቁጥር 958/2008 የኮምፒውተር ወንጀሎችን አስመልክቶ ከፖሊስ ጋር በጋራ ይመረምራል፣ ምረመራውን ይመራል፣ በቁልፍ መሰረተ ልማት ላይ ጉዳት ሊያስከትል የሚችል የኮምፒውተር ወንጀል ስለመፈጸሙ ወይም ሊፈጸም ስለመሆኑ በቂ ጥርጣሬ ሲኖር እና አስቸኳይ ሁኔታ ሲያጋጥም የኮምፒውተር ዳታን ወይም የዳታ ፕሮሰሲንግ አገልግሎትን ለመጥለፍ ወይም ክትትል ለማድረግ ያለፍርድ ቤት ትዕዛዝ ፈቃድ ይሰጣል፣ የኮምፒውተር ወንጀሎችን አስመልክቶ አለም አቀፍ ትብብርን ያደርጋል፣ የኮምፒውተር ወንጀልን ለመከላከል እና ለመቆጣጠር የሚቋቋመውን ብሔራዊ አስፈጻሚ ግብረ ሀይልን ያስተባብራል ፣

8. በሰዎች መነገድ እና በህገ-ወጥ መንገድ ድንበርን ማሻገር ወንጀል ለመከላከል በመወጣው አዋጅ ቁጥር 1178/2012 መሰረት፡-
ሀ/ በሰው የመነገድ፣ ሰውን በህገወጥ መንገድ ድንበር የማሻገር እና
በህገወጥ መንገድ ሰውን ለስራ ወደ ውጭ አገር መላክ ወንጀልን
ተከላካይ የትብብር ጥምረት ጽ/ቤት ያደራጃል፣ ያስተባብራል፣
ለ/ በአዋጁ የተገለፁትን ወንጀሎች ለመከላከል እና ለመቆጣጠር የወጡ
ህግችን በተመለከተ ለህብረተሰቡ ግንዛቤ እንዲፈጥር እና ለፍትህ
አካላት የአቅም ግንባታ ስራ ያከናዉናል፣

9. በፌዴራል አስተዳደር ሥነ-ሥርዓት አዋጅ ቁጥር 1183/2012 መሰረት የአስተዳደር መስሪያ ቤቶች የሚያወጧቸውን መመሪዎች ያርማል፣ ይመዘግባል፣ ቁጥር ይሰጣል ፣ በድረ-ገጹ ላይ ለህዝብ ተደራሽ እንዲሆኑ ያደርጋል፡፡

የፌዴራል መጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት በአዲስ አበባ ክፍለ ከተማ ከሚገኙ የጠቅላይ ዓቃቢ ህግ ጽ/ቤት እና የፖሊስ መመሪያ ኃላፊዎች ጋር ዛሬ ጥቅምት 30/2013 ዓ፣ም ምክክር መድረክ አካሄዷል፡፡
