MEMORIAL SUBMISSION DATE OF THE 2019 WOLLEGA UNIVERSITY-HESC NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION

Dear participants

It is with a great pleasure when I inform you that more than 18 Law Schools have registered and sent me details of their team to participate in this event. I really hope that the competition among Law Schools will be stiff.

With regard to submission of memorials, after evaluating the academic calendar of various Law Schools, the trend in similar other competitions such as, the ICRC-IHL moot court competition, the organizing committee has given 20 days to write the memorials. Therefore, the deadline for the submission of the memorials will be 18 May, 2019.

Concerning memorial page limit, each memorial must not exceed 15 pages excluding cover page, table of contents, and index of authorities.

Finally, I would like to kindly remind Law Schools and Coaches that we all have the responsibility and commitment for the success of Moot Court Competitions organized in collaboration with HESC. Therefore, I request you to encourage and follow up your team.

ራስን መሆን ማለት፣ ማንነትን ተቀብሎ፣ ሳይደባብቁና ሌላውን ሰው ለመሆን ሳይሞክሩ በነጻነት መኖር ማለት ነው፡፡ ራስን የመሆን ጉልበት የሚመነጨው ከፈጣሪ የተሰጠኝን ማንነቴን ከመቀበል ነው፡፡ አንዳንድ ሰዎች ራሳቸውን ስለማይቀበሉ ራሳቸውን ሆነው መኖር አይችሉም፡፡

ራሱን መቀበል ያስቸገረው ሰው ላይ የሚታየው የመጀመሪያው ምልክት ራስን አለመሆን ነው የማይቀበሉትን ማንነታቸውን ለውጠው ለመታየት ሲሞክሩ ራሳቸውን ያገኙታል፡፡ ልንለውጥ በማንችለው ማንነታችን ስንደላደልና ስንቀበለው መለወጥ የምንችለውን ሁኔታችንን ለመለወጥ መሞከራችንን እደቀጠልን ማንነታችንን ግን በመቀበልና ቀና ብለን መኖር እንጀምራለን፡፡ ራስህን ለመሆን መውሰድ የምትችላቸው እርምጃዎች፡-

1. መለወጥ ወይም ማሻሻል የምችለውን መለወጥና ማሻሻል፡፡
በማንነቴ ላይ የማልቀበለውን ነገር ለማሻሻል ጤናማ መንገዶችን መሞከሩ ክፋት አይኖረውም፤ ከተሳካልኝ፡፡ ቁም ነገሩ፣ አሻሻልኩትም አላሻሻልኩት ራሴን ወደ መቀበል መምጣቴና ጤናማ የሕብረተሰቡ አካል ሆኜ መኖሬ ነው፡፡

2.መለወጥ ወይም ማሻሻል የማልችለውን መቀበል፡፡
ዘሬን፣ መልኬን፣ አወላለዴንና የመሳሰሉትን ከፈጣሪ የተቀበልኩትን አሁን የሆንኩትን ማንነት ለመቀየር አስቸጋሪ እንደሆነ ግልጽ ነው፡፡ ምርጫዬ አንድ ነው፣ ራሴን ተቀብዬ፣ በተረጋጋ ስሜት በሰላምና በመደላደል መኖር፡፡

3.ደስተኛነትን መለማመድ
ደስተኛነት ከፈቃድ ጋር የተያያዘ ጉዳይ ነው፡፡ ከላይ እንደጠቀስነው አንድ ሰው መቀየርና ማሻሻል የሚችለውልን ነገር ለመቀየርና ለማሻሻል የተቻለውን ካደረገ በኋላ በሁኔታው ደስተኛ ለመሆን በመወሰን አለበት፡፡
