ስልጠናው የዘርፉን አቅም በማጎልበት ምርታማነትን በማሳደግ ሀገራችን ከዘርፉ ማግኘት የሚገባትን ምርት ለማግኘት በሚያስችል መልኩ የተዘጋጀ ነው።
በስልጠናው ላይ ከሚኒስቴር መስርያ ቤቱ አምስት ዘርፍ እና በስሩ ካሉት ስምንት ተጠሪ ተቋማት የተወጣጡ 161 ባለሙያዎች እየተሳተፉ ሲሆን የቴክኒካል ብቃትን ለመለካት የሚያስችለው ስልጠና በሁለት ዙር ተከፋፍሎ የሚሰጥ እና ባለሙያው ለተሰጠው የስራ ድርሻ ብቁ መሆኑን ለማረጋገጥ የሚያስችል እንደሆነም ከግብርና ሚኒስቴር የተገኘው መረጃ ያመለክታል።
ስልጠናው የዘርፉን አቅም በማጎልበት ምርታማነትን በማሳደግ ሀገራችን ከዘርፉ ማግኘት የሚገባትን ምርት ለማግኘት በሚያስችል መልኩ የተዘጋጀ ነው።
በስልጠናው ላይ ከሚኒስቴር መስርያ ቤቱ አምስት ዘርፍ እና በስሩ ካሉት ስምንት ተጠሪ ተቋማት የተወጣጡ 161 ባለሙያዎች እየተሳተፉ ሲሆን የቴክኒካል ብቃትን ለመለካት የሚያስችለው ስልጠና በሁለት ዙር ተከፋፍሎ የሚሰጥ እና ባለሙያው ለተሰጠው የስራ ድርሻ ብቁ መሆኑን ለማረጋገጥ የሚያስችል እንደሆነም ከግብርና ሚኒስቴር የተገኘው መረጃ ያመለክታል።

ሁለተኛው ቀን የአፍሌክስ ፕሬዝደንት አቶ ዛዲግ አብረሃ የአመራር ስልጠና የሚሰጡበት ሲሆን ሪፖርት ማቅረብ እና የአፈጻጸም ግምገማ ከስልጠናው ጎን ለጎን የሚካሄዱ ሁነቶች መሆናቸው ተገልጿል።
