በዚህ መነሻነት በየአካባቢቸዉ ያሉ መልካም ጅምሮችን በማጉላት፣ የመልካም አስተዳደር ችግሮችን እንዲፈቱ በማመላከት ከማኅበረሰቡና አካባቢዉ አስተዳደር ጋር በቅርበት እንዲሠሩ አሳስበው በአገልግሎቱ እና በመገናኛ ብዙኃን ባለሥልጣን የተቀናጀ ክትትልና ድጋፍ እንደሚደረግ አመላክተዋል፡፡
የኢትዮጵያ መገናኛ ብዙኃን ባለሥልጣን ምክትል ዋና ዳይሬክተር ክቡር አቶ ግዛዉ ተስፋዬም “ከአገልግሎቱ ጋር በመቀናጀት የማኅበረሰብ ሚዲያዉ ዐቅም እንዲጎለብት፣ የኅብረተሰቡ መረጃ የማግኘት እና የመደመጥ መብትም እንዲከበር አስፈላጊዉን ክትትልና ድጋፍ እናደርጋለን” ብለዋል፡፡
በአፍሪካ የአመራር ልሕቀት አካዳሚ “የማኅበረሰብ ሚዲያ ለብሔራዊ ጥቅም እና ሀገር ግንባታ” በሚል ጭብጥ ሲሰጥ የቆየው ሥልጠና በወል ትርክት ግንባታ፣ በውጭ ጉዳይ ፖሊሲ እና የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ጥቅሞች፣ በአጀንዳ ቀረጻ እንዲሁም በኢትዮጵያ መገናኛ ብዙኃን ድጋፋዊ ምልከታ ውጤቶች ላይ ያተኮረ ነበር፡፡
በሥልጠናዉ በመላዉ ኢትዮጵያ ከሚገኙ የማኅበረሰብ ሚዲያ የተውጣጡ ኃላፊዎች እና ባለሙዎች ተሳትፈዋል፡፡
የኢትዮጵያ መገናኛ ብዙኃን ባለሥልጣን ምክትል ዋና ዳይሬክተር ክቡር አቶ ግዛዉ ተስፋዬም “ከአገልግሎቱ ጋር በመቀናጀት የማኅበረሰብ ሚዲያዉ ዐቅም እንዲጎለብት፣ የኅብረተሰቡ መረጃ የማግኘት እና የመደመጥ መብትም እንዲከበር አስፈላጊዉን ክትትልና ድጋፍ እናደርጋለን” ብለዋል፡፡
