አዲስ አበባ፣ ጥቅምት 8፣ 2017 (ኤፍ ቢ ሲ) ሀገራዊ ህልም እንዲሳካ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አባላት ሚናቸውን መወጣት አለባቸው ሲሉ በምክትል ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ማዕረግ የዴሞክራሲ ሥርዓት ግንባታ ማስተባበሪያ ማዕከል ኃላፊ እና የብልጽግና ፓርቲ ምክትል ፕሬዚዳንት አደም ፋራህ #በአፍሪካ_አመራር_ልህቀት_አካዳሚ በመገኘት ገለፁ።
የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አባላትና ከፍተኛ አመራሮች እንዲሁም ለሕዝብ ተወካዮች እና ለፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት ጽሕፈት ቤቶች አመራሮች #በአፍሪካ_አመራር_ልህቀት_አካዳሚ ስልጠና እየተሰጠ ነው፡፡
አቶ አደም ፋራህ በዚህ ወቅት ÷የምክር ቤት አባላት ካለባቸው ሕዝባዊ ኃላፊነት አኳያ የሀገር ህልም እንዲሳካ ከፍተኛ ግንዛቤ የመፍጠር ሥራ እንዲሠሩ ያስፈልጋል ሲሉም አስገንዝበዋል፡፡
ኢትዮጵያ ወደ ተሻለ ከፍታ የሚያደርሳትን እና ለትውልድ የሚሻገር ህልም ተልማለች፤ ይህ ህልም እውን ይሆን ዘንድም ምቹ ነባራዊ ሁኔታዎች አሏት ማለታቸውን የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት መረጃ አመላክቷል፡፡
“ሀገሪቱ ያላት እምቅ የተፈጥሮ ሀብት፣ ከዓላማው ጎን የሚሰለፍ ሕዝብ እንዲሁም የተገነቡ ተቋማት የሀገራችንን ህልም ዕውን ለማድረግ አስቻይ ሁኔታዎች ከሚባሉት ውስጥ በዋናነት የሚጠቀሱ ናቸው” ብለዋል፡፡

ስለሆነም በቀጣይ ምክር ቤቱም ሆነ የምክር ቤት አባላት ከስልጠናው የሚገኘውን ዕውቀት፣ ልምድና ተሞክሮ በመቅሰም፣ ከተቋማት ጋር በመቀናጀትና ተናቦ በመስራት፣ እንዲሁም የሚሰጡ ቀጣይ ሀገራዊ አቅጣጫዎችን በአግባቡ በመያዝ ሀገራችንን በኢኮኖሚ፣ በማህበራዊና በፖለቲካዊ ዘርፎች በማጠናከር ወደተሻለ ከፍታና ብልጽግና የማሸጋገር ታላቅ ሀገራዊ ኃላፊነት መወጣት ይጠበቅብናል ሲሉም አስገንዝበዋል፡፡
የስልጠናው ተሳታፊዎች በበኩላቸው ‹‹የህልም ጉልበት ለእመርታዊ እድገት›› የሚለው አለማቀፋዊ፣ አህጉራዊና ሀገራዊ ጥቅል የሆነ ሀሳብን የያዘ በመሆኑ የነበራቸውን ግንዛቤ ይበልጥ እንዳሳደገላቸው ገልጸዋል፡፡

የምክር ቤቱ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች አክለውም ስልጠናው ሀገራችን በተጨባጭ እያስመዘገበች ያለውን እመርታ፣ ያጋጠሟትን ተግዳሮቶችን እና እነዚህን ተግዳሮቶች በአንድነት በመቆምና በትብብር መንፈስ በጋራ በመስራት መወጣት እንደሚቻል ያሳየም ነው ብለዋል፡፡
ከለውጡ ወዲህ በሀገራችን ብዙ ማሻሻያዎች ተደርገዋል፤ ሰፋፊ ስራዎች ተሰርተዋል ያሉት የምክር ቤቱ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች እኛም እንደ ህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት እና እንደ ምክር ቤት አባል ተሳትፏችን የጎላ ነበር ሲሉ አብራርተዋል፡፡
ስልጠናው ምክር ቤቱ እና የምክር ቤት አባላት የተጣለባቸውን ኃላፊነት በአግባቡ ለመወጣት የሚያስችል ትልቅ አቅምን እንደሚፈጥር ተመላከተ

(ዜና ፓርላማ)ጥቅምት 09 ቀን ፣ 2017 ዓ.ም፤ ሱሉልታ፤ #በአፍሪካ_አመራር_ልህቀት_አካዳሚ ለምክር ቤቱ አመራሮችና አባላት እየተሰጠ የሚገኘው ስልጠና ምክር ቤቱ እና የምክር ቤት አባላት የተጣለባቸውን ትልቅ ሀገራዊ ኃላፊነት በአግባቡ ለመወጣት የሚያስችል ትልቅ አቅምን እንደሚፈጥር የምክር ቤቱ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች አመላክተዋል፡፡
ስልጠናው ምክር ቤቱና የምክር ቤት አባላት ሀገራችንን ከወቅታዊ አለምዓቀፋዊ ነባራዊ ሁኔታዎች ጋር በማገናዘብ በህገ-መንግስቱ የተሰጠንን የህግ አወጣጥ፣ የክትትልና ቁጥጥር እንዲሁም የህዝብ ውክልና ስራችንን በሙሉ አቅምና ብቃት ለመወጣት ያስችላል ብለዋል፡፡
የምክር ቤቱ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች አክለውም ስልጠናው ሀገራችን በተጨባጭ እያስመዘገበች ያለውን እመርታ፣ ያጋጠሟትን ተግዳሮቶችን እና እነዚህን ተግዳሮቶች በአንድነት በመቆምና በትብብር መንፈስ በጋራ በመስራት መወጣት እንደሚቻል ያሳየም ነው ብለዋል፡፡
ከለውጡ ወዲህ በሀገራችን ብዙ ማሻሻያዎች ተደርገዋል፤ ሰፋፊ ስራዎች ተሰርተዋል ያሉት የምክር ቤቱ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች እኛም እንደ ህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት እና እንደ ምክር ቤት አባል ተሳትፏችን የጎላ ነበር ሲሉ አብራርተዋል፡፡
