የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ እና የደቡባዊ ትብብር ድርጅት(ኦ ኤስ ሲ) በጋራ መስራት የሚያስችላቸውን የመግባቢያ ስምምነት ተፈራረሙ።
ስምምነቱን የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ፕሬዚደንት ዛዲግ አብርሃ እና የደቡባዊ ትብብር ድርጅት(ኦ ኤስ ሲ) ዋና ፀሐፊ ሼክ መንሱር ቢን ሙሳላም ፈርመውታል።
ለአምስት ዓመታት በሚተገበረው በዚህ ስምምነት መሰረት ሁለቱ ተቋማት ኢትዮጵያን ጨምሮ በመላው አፍሪካ በትምህርት፣ በጥናትና ምርምር እና በማህበራዊ ልማት መስክ በትብብር እንደሚሰሩ ተገልጿል።
የመግባቢያ ስምምነቱ የአካዳሚክ ትብብርን ከማመቻቸት ባለፈ፥ በአፍሪካ የአመራር ልማት፣ ትምህርት እና ምርምርን በማስፋት ብቁ አመራርን ለመፍጠር በጋራ መስራት የሚያስችል ነው ተብሏል።
ሁለቱ ተቋማት ለያዟቸው የጋራ ግቦች መሳካት መረጃ፣ ባለሙያና ሌሎች ድጋፎችን እንደሚለዋወጡም በወቅቱ ተጠቅሷል።
የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ በአህጉሪቱና በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ተልዕኮውን በአግባቡ መወጣት እንደሚያስችለውም ተመላክቷል።
የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚና የደቡባዊ ትብብር ድርጅት ለደቡብ ደቡብ ትብብር መጠናከር የመስራት ዓላማ ያላቸው ሲሆን ስምምነቱም የጋራ ተልዕኳቸውን እንዲያሳኩ እንደሚያስችላቸው ተጠቁሟል።

Mr. @ZadigAbreha, who met with a promising women leaders, gathered from different public institutions in Ethiopia, under #CapstoneProject, taking one of the special leadership development programs named #AFLEXWomenLeadershipDevProgram. His Excellency emphasized the importance of women's leadership and empowerment for economic development and national prosperity.

በመግባቢያ ስምምነት ሥነ ሥርዓቱ ላይ ንግግር ያደረጉት የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ ፕሬዚዳንት አቶ ዛዲግ አብርሃ እንዳሉት፤ አካዳሚው ጠንካራ ሀገራዊ የአመራር ሥርዓት እንዲኖር ትኩረት ሰጥቶ እየሠራ ነው።
የኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ለሀገራችን የውጭ ምንዛሬ ከሚያስገኙ ተቋማት መካከል አንዱ እንደመሆኑ፤ የተሟላ የአመራር አቅም ግንባታ ስርዓት ላይ ሰፊ ስራ በመስራት የእምቅ አቅም ባለቤትነቱን እንዲጠቀም ስምምነቱ የራሱን ሚና እንደሚጫወት ፕሬዚደንቱ ገልጸዋል።
