New Two-car Trains for Sengkang-Punggol LRT 🚇

Good news for Sengkang and Punggol residents! 🏡 We are doubling the number of two-car trains for the Sengkang-Punggol LRT (#SPLRT) with the purchase of 17 new ones to boost capacity from 2024 onwards!

The existing SPLRT depot will be expanded to accommodate these additional trains.

Revised ERP Rates on ERP-Priced Roads and Expressways 📢🛣️

From 22 Feb 2021, ERP rates will be adjusted by $1 to manage congestion at these locations during peak periods. There will not be ERP charges on other expressways and arterial roads.

#SGBudget2021 To ease the transition towards higher petrol duties, the Government will set aside $113 million to provide rebates for petrol and petrol-hybrid vehicles from 1 August 2021 to 31 July 2022.
