جلسات یازدهم و دوازدهم: در اين دو جلسه آخر درباره اين موضوعات بحث شد: ۱) تاريخچه فقه حنفی در دوره تأسيس آن و بحثی درباره ادبيات فقهی آنان و مقايسه با ادبيات فقهی متقدم اماميه؛ ۲) تاريخچه فقه متقدم شافعی و شرحی درباره سهم شافعی در تثبيت "سنت" و همچنين درباره کتاب های او و مقايسه اين کتاب ها با ادبیات فقه مذاهب ديگر و از جمله فقه اماميه؛ ۳) مراحل تثبيت مذاهب فقهی چه بود؟ و بحثی درباره نحوه تثبيت فقه مذاهب اربعه تا سده هفتم قمری؛ ۴) تکميل بحث اصحاب اجماع در اماميه. در اين جلسه تحليل تازه ای درباره زمينه های شکلگيری مفهوم اصحاب اجماع در ارتباط با موضوع واقفه و غيبت امام دوازدهم (عج) مطرح کرديم؛ ۵) تحليلی نو درباره علل روايت های متعدد کتاب های حديثی و توضيح درباره تعبير: " له کتاب رواه جماعة". ادامه بحث درباره تاريخ سنت حديثی/ فقهی مالکی در سده های دوم و سوم قمری و مشابهت ها و تمايزها با سنتی حديثی/ فقهی اماميه، تأثير فقه حنفی / اهل رأی بر شکلگيری فقه در اسلام به طور کلی و فقه مالکی، شيخ طوسی و فقه نويسی او
جلسه هفتم:
نزاع دو سنت شفاهی و کتبی در تدوین حدیث و فقه در اسلام، قدرت فقهی به عنوان قدرتی مدنی در برابر نهاد قدرت سیاسی و تأثيرش در روند تدوین فقه و حدیث، بحث حجیت در سده دوم و مقایسه ای میان نظریه امامیه در این زمینه و اهل سنت، بحث از فقه واقفه و مقايسه آن با فقه اماميه قطعيه، اصحاب اجماع در اماميه و مرجعيت فقهی آنان
جلسه هشتم:
اصول اربعمائه چگونه دفاتری بودند؟ کتاب الکافی چگونه نوشته شد، سهم قم در مقايسه با کوفه در تأليف کتاب های حديثی و تهذيب و بررسی و مستند سازی روايات مختلف متون کهن حديث
جلسه نهم:
روند تدريجی و شرایط تاريخی تثبيت مذاهب فقهی در اسلام، سهم قدرت سياسی از يک سو و مراحل مختلف مرجعيت دينی مکاتب فقهی از دیگر سو، در اين راستا به مراحل تدوين کتاب های حديثی و فقهی اماميه از دوران امام صادق (ع) به بعد پرداخته شد، مرحله اصول اوليه تا کتاب های مصنّف تا کتب جامع و همچنين تدوين "مختصر" های فقهی و کتاب های شرائع.، سهم کوفه، قم و بغداد
