Frankincense is an all in one essential oil. Have you ever heard the saying, "When in doubt, Frank it out?" When you're in a pinch, you can almost always reach for Frankincense!

This is because of its complex chemistry. πŸ€“ The naturally occurring chemical constituents in Frankincense are extremely diverse and encompass those found is dozens of other essential oils.

This means that Frank can do what many other oils can do and more! I like to diffuse Frankincense from time to time but I really love to apply it topically as well.

My tip for you is to decant 15 -20 drops into a roller bottle and top with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil and create your own Frankincense Touch roller!

You'll have plenty of straight oil left for whatever else you would like and a roller to keep with you on the go!

If you just hate to see them go to waste and are looking for some way to put them to use, I've got a few ideas for you!

Create custom diffuser blends and gift them πŸ’œ Add the oils in the ratio of your favorite diffuser blend to the empty bottle. Replace the cap and add a cute label!

Add the oil remnants to your Epsom salts πŸ’œ Place your Epsom salts in a large glass jar with a lid (a cookie jar works perfectly!). Take out the orifice and add your open essential oil bottles to the salt, facing down. The salts will absorb the last of the oils over time!

Add new tops to your bottles πŸ’œ Oillife.com sells many different tops for your bottles including spray tops, roller tops, dropper tops so you can create serums, sprays and blends for any occasion.

Here's your reminder to DRINK YOUR WATER!

Water is vital to a healthy body and if you struggle to get in enough water, try these tips!

Find a large water bottle and keep it full! I like to fill mine up at night so it is ready to head out the door with me in the morning!

Add some flavor! Cut up some clean, organic fruit and freeze it in an ice tray with a drop of your favorite citrus essential oil. You water will taste great all day long!

Set goals for your water consumption. The recommended amount of water is half your bodyweight in ounces daily. Break that up into 4 and work on those amounts between wakeup and breakfast, breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, dinner and bedtime. This way you wont be pounding water right before bed!
