Ylang Ylang essential oil is derived from the star-shaped flowers of the tropical Ylang Ylang tree and is used extensively in making perfumes and in aromatherapy.

Ylang Ylang is used to create a calm, positive atmosphere and blends well with Bergamot, Geranium, Grapefruit, and Vetiver.

Watch the video below on how doTERRA sources its Ylang Ylang essential oil!

If you have a stinky fridge, I've got the fix!

Grab your favorite essential oil, I suggest a citrus oil, lemongrass or peppermint and a glass container (preferably a glass spice shaker) and some baking soda.

Layer the baking soda and a total of 10-15 drops of your essential oil in the container. Replace the top and shake when full to combine the mixture and place in the fridge with the slotted shaker top on.

Hello, fresh fridge!

Grab your Peppermint for fresh breath, a quick pick-me-up and muscle relief.

Use Lavender to calm your senses, assist with sleep and to avoid stinky smells.

Open up your DigestZen for stuffy noses, nausea relief and occasional stomach upset.

-Zig Ziglar

Goodness! It is so easy to get caught up thinking about all of the negatives! Positive thinking takes the same amount of effort but can yield radically different results.

Berries are rich in antioxidants, the miracle fighters of free radicals. We need these antioxidants to fight the aging (oxidation) process, and to stay alive in the face of constant threats to our health.

Berries are true brain food. Not only are they B12-enhancing; they have the power to help with stains on the brainโ€”lesions, gray areas, calcifications, heavy metal deposits, white spots, scar tissue, crystallizations, and adhesions created by damaged, expanded blood vessels. Berries also help with all brain disorders and diseases, including brain cancer, ALS, Alzheimerโ€™s, dementia, Parkinsonโ€™s, stroke, aneurysm, migraines, and any neurological symptoms or conditions.

Berries help protect heart valves and ventricles and remove plaque by dissolving hardened fat deposits within veins and arteries. Berries are also helpful for fertility.
