Have lots of #afterschool #activities tonight so, #dinner is underway.

My @brevilleaus #flavourmaker has #gatlic #jacketpotatoes (the recipe is on my website).

My @delonghi_au #multifry is cooking a #roastchicken to shred for #schoollunches

And my #oldfashioned #crockpot has #mexicanbeef inside.

I now just need to make a salad to go with everything for #tonightsdinner 😍

Wondering why I've been MIA for a while?

Well I've been adjusting back to my old life of being a full time parent again, with hubby returning to a FIFO (fly in, fly out) work life. I'm only at week 2 (which already feels like week 4) of a 6 WEEKS ON & 2 WEEKS OFF period.

Today I managed to bake (and photograph) 😁 - a #coffeebuttercake and #zucchini #chocchip #muffins

They smell amazing, however I can't taste test as they are not gluten free 😭 #formykids #afternoontea #schoollunches
