AI “art” is not art. It is “shart” (shit-art).
Why do I say this? Having seen upwards of thousands of AI generated pictures of real people and things over the last many months, that is when I noticed it. All of it, the whole of it is painted by one soulless brush. It’s not even a style. AI art is the inversion of real art.
Albeit, it is morbidly interesting to the senses at first glance—like viewing the body of a deceased relative at a wake (it's nicely dressed with make-up but still dead). It is a sharpened and filtered "reproduction" of something that was once alive. But after you’ve seen enough of these corpses, the obvious begins to emerge. Once you notice it you cannot UNSEE it. There’s no originality or authenticity to show. There is no nuance or SOUL. Everything it’s fed is painted with the same lifeless brush—and it’s getting to the point of noxiousness.
Like the Ukraine 🇺🇦 (I'm with the current thing) you now have everyone jumping on the AI profile picture bandwagon—even to the point of those feeding images into it calling themselves artists. You're not an artist, you're con-artists and I'll die on that hill before I accept you as otherwise.
You see, to me, you all look the same. I see the talentless brush of 1's and 0's behind it. It’s only a brush, NOT an artist. And it has no original thought, no humanity and no SOUL whatsoever.
One brush to paint them all and in the darkness bind them. ☠️
