I’ve dropped years of wanting love from my family since our last coaching session.. I have basically been releasing daily since then.

my heart is so much lighter.. and I have been actually unblocked enough that I have spent consecutive days with my parents, like 6 days in a row!(which was absolutely impossible for me just 3 months ago)

.. so I know this is changing my life.

Loved the shadows and relationship to pain last week and you helping me ‘welcome the resistance like a friend’ ( game changer to say the least..)and personas today .. earning my existence really resonated..or heard Gabor mate call it ‘justify my existence in the world’ ( noticed what’s come up for me is don’t deserve to live my ‘own’ life actually..) 😕 ..digging for gold!

So yes! I would love to keep going.

I want to apply for funding from Columbia valley basin trust(local funder for residents in my area) to be able to do Journey Code.

Another one to keep in mind. I interviewed Dr. Jacob Liberman a long way back and learned this. I took of my sunglasses I needed even for a rainy day and never looked back. It was a bit of an adjustment, but now I almost never feel bothered, and I don't seem to burn as easy as I did!!
