In this King Hero interview the awesome Dr. Barre Lando, the founder of Alfa Vedic, is coming on for another talk, this time about the how the nervous system and the metabolism work together.

In Barre’s very outside-the-box view of the human body and energy systems this will no doubt be a huge eye opener into the inner workings at both physical, electric, and etheric levels.

In this livestream I’m going to ask him about what feeds and nourishes the nervous system and why. We’ll discuss what metabolism is, how the foods we eat and other factors affect it, and again, how to nourish and give it life. No doubt we will learn how these two systems work together perfectly, like two sides of the same whole, yin and yang.

And I’m curious what he will share about how these two systems are under attack and how to mitigate the damage.

I just watched this little snippet from the Soulshine Social that leads up to the festival September 1 - 4 where I'll be ....friends of mine are driving from as far as PEI and Cornwall to take part, and Amandha Vollmer will be there which is why she's coming for a chat on the KHJ Friday!

I'm super excited, because I used to feed and grow on festival culture. But increasingly over the years our local festivals got all woke and eaten by corporate because they are all gov funded and hungry for Coke money.

Soulshine refused to take that kind of support, so no wonder they are a go-to freedom gathering. I'm giving a talk on the Hero's Journey and bringing my guitar across the country to sing in a few music workshops!!
