📚 Elizabeth washes her hands every day. She likes to wash her hands.
She washes her hands with soap and water. She uses soap and water to wash her hands.
She uses warm water and soap. She washes her hands for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, she stops washing her hands. She turns off the water.
She dries her hands on a clean towel. Every few hours, she turns on the water and washes her hands. Elizabeth has very clean hands.
She does not have many germs on her hands. Germs cannot live on her clean hands.

👈 کلمه ی "اونقدرها" توی فارسی خیلی کاربرد داره. حالا چطور توی انگلیسی بگیم تو انقدرها هم که فکرمیکنی زرنگ نیستی؟

‼️میتونید خیلی ساده از "that" استفاده کنید

🟢General Pershing
General Pershing was a famous American officer. He was in the American army, and fought in Europe in the First World War.
After he died, some people in his home town wanted to remember him, so they' put up a big statue of him on a horse.
There was a school near the statue, and some of the boys passed it every day on their way to school and again on their way home. After a few months some of them began to say, 'Good morning, Pershing', whenever they passed the statue, and soon all the boys at the school were doing this.
One Saturday one of the smallest of these boys was walking to the shops with his mother when he passed the statue. He said, 'Good morning, Pershing' to it, but then he stopped and said to his mother, 'I like Pershing very much, Ma, but who's that funny man on his back?'
meaning:
ژنرال پرشينگ يكي از يكي از افسرهاي مشهور آمريكا بود. او در ارتش آمريكا بود، و در جنگ جهاني اول در اروپا جنگيد.
بعد از مرگ او، بعضي از مردم زادگاهش مي‌خواستند ياد او را گرامي بدارند، بنابراين آن‌ها مجسمه‌ي بزرگي از او كه بر روي اسبي قرار داشت ساختند.
يك مدرسه در نزديكي مجسمه قرار داشت، و بعضي از پسربچه‌ها هر روز در مسير مدرسه و برگشت به خانه از كنار آن مي‌گذشتند. بعد از چند ماه بعضي از آن‌ها هر وقت كه از كنار مجسمه مي‌گذشتند شروع به گفتن «صبح‌ به خير پرشينگ» كردند، و به زودي همه‌ي پسرهاي مدرسه اين كار (سلام كردن به مجسمه) را انجام مي‌داند.
در يك روز شنبه يكي از كوچكترين اين پسرها با مادرش به فروشگاه مي‌رفت. وقتي كه از كنار مجسمه گذشت گفت: صبح به خير پرشينگ، اما ايستاد و به مادرش گفت: مامان، من پرشينگ را خيلي دوست دارم، اما آن مرد خنده‌دار كه بر پشتش سواره كيه؟

Jack worked in an office in a small town. One day his boss said to him, 'Jack, I want you to go to Manchester, to an office there, to see Mr Brown. Here's the address.'
Jack went to Manchester by train. He left the station, and thought, 'The office isn’t far from the station. I'll find it easily.'
But after an hour he was still looking for it, so he stopped and asked an old lady. She said, 'Go straight along this street, turn to the left at the end, and it's the second building on the right.' Jack went and found it.
A few days later he went to the same city, but again he did not find the office, so he asked someone the way. It was the same old lady! She was very surprised and said, 'Are you still looking for that place?'

جك در شهر كوچكی در يك اداره كار مي‌كرد. روزي رييسش به او گفت: جك، ميخواهم براي ديدن آقاي براون در يك اداره به منچستر بروی. اين هم آدرسش.
جك با قطار به منچستر رفت. از ايستگاه خارج شد، و با خود گفت: آن اداره از ايستگاه دور نيست. به آسانی آن را پيدا ميكنم.
اما بعد از يك ساعت او هنوز به دنبال آن (اداره) ميگشت، بنابراين ايستاد و از يك خانم پير پرسيد. او (آن زن) گفت: اين خيابان را مستقيم ميروی، در آخر به سمت چپ ميروی، و آن (اداره) دومين ساختمان در سمت راست است. جك رفت و آن را پيدا كرد.
چند روز بعد او به همان شهر رفت، اما دوباره آن اداره را پيدا نكرد، بنابراين مسير را از كسی پرسيد. او همان خانم پير بود! آن زن خيلی متعجب شد و گفت: آيا هنوز دنبال آن‌جا ميگردی؟

‍ 🟢George and the Dragon

👉Once upon a time there was a brave knight called George. George had lots of adventures as he travelled by horse across many lands.
One day he came to a small village and met a man who lived in a cave next to the village.
The hermit told the knight about the awful things that were happening there. A terrible dragon had come to live in the lake and attacked the village every day.
The villagers didn't know what to do. First, they gave the dragon all their food, but the dragon just took the food and still attacked the village.
So then the villagers gave the dragon all the animals from their farms. The dragon took all the animals, but continued to attack the villagers.
So then they gave the dragon all their gold and jewels. The dragon took all their money, but still was not satisfied.
The king sent his army to try and capture the dragon, but the dragon was too strong and the knights of the army were too scared and they ran away.
With nothing left to give, the king could only think of one thing to help protect his people. He sent his only daughter, the princess, to the lake to wait for the dragon.
When George heard this he rode as fast as he could to the lake. Just then the dragon jumped out from the lake and was going to eat the princess.
George attacked the dragon. He fought very bravely, won the fight and killed the dragon. George and the princess returned to the village and everyone was very pleased that they would have no more problems with the dragon.
Today, the story of George's bravery is remembered and George is known as the patron saint of many countries.

👈روزی روزگاری شوالیه شجاعی به نام جورج زندگی می‌کرد. جورج سوار بر اسبش از سرزمین‌های زیادی عبور کرده و ماجراهای بسیاری داشت.
روزی او به روستای کوچکی رسید و مردی را دید که در غاری نزدیک روستا زندگی می‌کرد.
مرد غارنشین اتفاقات وحشتناکی که در آنجا افتاده بود برای شوالیه تعریف کرد. اژدهای وحشتناکی برای زندگی به دریاچه آمده بود و هرروز به روستا حمله می‌کرد.
مردم روستا نمی‌دانستند چه کنند. اول، همه‌ی خوراکی‌ها و غذاهایشان را به اژدها دادند اما اژدها غذاهایشان را خورد و باز هم به مردم روستا حمله می‌کرد.
سپس همه حیوانات مزرعه‌هایشان را به اژدها دادند. اژدها همه حیوانات را خورد ولی باز هم به حمله‌هایش به مردم روستا ادامه داد.
سپس مردم همه طلاها و جواهراتشان را به اژدها بخشیدند اما او باز هم راضی نشد.
پادشاه ارتش خود را برای گرفتن اژدها فرستاد اما اژدها خیلی قوی بود و شوالیه‌های ارتش خیلی ترسیدند و فرار کردند.
پادشاه که دیگر هیچ‌چیزی نداشت که به اژدها بدهد برای حفاظت از مردم روستا به یک‌چیز فکر کرد. او تنها دخترش را به دریاچه فرستاد تا در انتظار اژدها بماند.
وقتی جورج این‌ها را شنید، با نهایت سرعت به سمت دریاچه تاخت. در همان لحظه بود که اژدها از دریاچه بیرون آمد تا شاهزاده را بخورد.
جورج به اژدها حمله کرد. او شجاعانه با اژدها جنگید و پیروز شد و اژدها را کشت. جورج و شاهزاده خانم به روستا برگشتند و همه از اینکه دیگر اژدها برایشان مشکل درست نمی‌کند خوشحال بودند.
امروزه همه داستان شجاعت جورج را به یاد دارند و جورج قدیس حامی بسیاری از کشورها .

🟢Dik Whittington

👉 Once upon a time, there was a poor orphan boy called Dik Whittington. The people in his village believed that the streets of London were paved with gold. So Dik decided to travel there and become a rich man. Dik walked for many days, but when he arrived in London there were no streets of gold! Tired and hungry, he fell asleep on the steps of a great house.
The house belonged to a rich businessman who found Dik and gave him a job cleaning the kitchen. Dik worked very hard and was happy. He had enough to eat and at night he could sleep by the fire. There was a problem though! At night, rats ran around the kitchen and kept him awake.

So Dik went out and found the fastest rat-catching cat in London! The cat caught all the rats that came into the house and Dik could sleep at night. The businessman heard about the amazing cat and asked Dik if he could take it on his ship to catch rats on his next journey. Dik agreed, but was very sad to see the cat go.
While the businessman was away, the other servants were very mean to Dik, so Dik decided to run away. But as he was leaving, one of the great church bells rang. It seemed to say, ‘Turn back, Dic Whittington, Mayor of London!’ So Dik came back to the house and soon the businessman returned. He was very happy because Dik’s cat had caught all the rats on the ship. He gave Dik a reward and promoted him to his assistant.
Dik worked hard for the businessman and learned everything he could. Eventually he married the businessman’s daughter and started a very successful business of his own. And, yes, he did become Mayor of London!

🟢 دیک ویتینگتون

👈 روزی روزگاری در زمان های قدیم پسری یتیم به نام دیک ویتینگتون بود.
در ده آنها مردم به این اعتقاد داشتند که خیابان های لندن پر از سکه های طلاست، بنابراین دیک تصمیم گرفت که برای پولدار شدن رهسپار لندن شود.
دیک روزهای متوالی را پیاده روی کرد، اما وقتی که به لندن رسید، دید ای دل غافل خیابان ها سنگفرش شده اند و تمیز هستند اما، طلایی وجود ندارد، خسته و کوفته، کنار یک خانه مجلل نشست و همانجا هم خوابش برد.
خانه مجلل متعلق به یک تاجر موفق بود، او دیک رو درمانده دید و او را برای تمیز کردن آشپزخانه استخدام کرد، دیک بسیار سخت کوش بود و البته خوشحال هم بود زیرا هم غذا به اندازه‌ی کافی برای خوردن داشت و هم جای خواب مناسب کنار شومینه داشت.
اما با همه اینها مشکلی بر سر راه دیک وجود داشت، آشپزخانه پر از موش های مزاحم و موذی بودند که نمیذاشتند دیک شب ها بدرستی بخوابد.
بنابراین دیک رفت بیرون و سریعترین گربه‌ی لندن را در گرفتن موش پیدا کرد و به خانه آورد و بعدش توانست شب ها را با خیالی آسوده بدون موش های مزاحم بخوابد.
تاجر درباره‌ی گربه دیک حرفایی شنیده بود برای همین از دیک پرسید که آیا می شود که گربه رو برای سفر کاری با خودم ببرم که موش های توی کشتی رو بگیرد؟
دیک قبول کرد اما خیلی ناراحت بود که گربه اش از او جدا می شود.
اما به محض اینکه تاجر رهسپار سفر شد، دیگر مستخدمین آن خیلی رفتار مناسبی با دیک نداشتند و او را اذیت کردند بنابراین دیک تصمیم گرفت که خانه را ترک کند، اما وقتی که او میخواست که همه چیز را ترک کند، کلیسای آنجا شروع به زنگ زدن کرد که بنظر می رسید همه زنگوله ها با هم میگویند که نرو دیک، برگرد دیک قهرمان برگرد شهردار شهر لندن.
از همین رو دیک تصمیم گرفت که به خانه برگرد، هنگامی که به خانه برگشت دید مرد تاجر هم از سفر برگشته خیلی خوشحال شد از این اتفاق زیرا گربه اش دوباره برگشته بود. تاجر از دیک خیلی تشکر کرد و به او پاداش داد و از او خواست که او را در کارهایش کمک کند و همکار او شود.
دیک شب و روز به سختی کار میکرد و مواردی را که نیاز بود یاد بگیرد به سرعت هر چه تمامتر یاد میگرفت، سرانجام دیک قصه ما با دختر تاجر ازدواج کرد و تجارت شخصی خود را با توجه به چیزهایی که یاد گرفته بود شروع کرد، و بله همان طور که زنگوله ها به او گفته بودند او شهردار لندن شد
