"Elim International Missions has, since 1923, been a vital part of Elim’s outreach. In 1944, the Annual Conference took the momentous decision to set up its own Missionary Board. This was a huge step of faith and Elim people responded in a huge way. We spoke to Harry Goodwin, pastor of The Well Church Wakefield, about why The Well decided to support Elim Missionary Lynette Orange.
"Supporting an existing missionary allows us to do our part to fulfill the great commission beyond our locality, and it allows us locally to fulfill our obligations to help achieve Elim's four national priorities. I would ask any church leader when it comes to making a difference to our international missionaries, 'If not YOU then WHO? If not NOW then WHEN?'"
